    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Mediante Resolución de la Concejala delegada de contratación de fecha 8 de noviembre de 2013 , se ha aprobado el expediente de contratación del contrato de servicios relativo a la PRESTACIÓN DE LOS CENTROS DE PRIMER CICLO DE EDUCACIÓN INFANTIL &amp;quot;SA PILOTA &amp;quot; SITO EN LA CALLE FORMENTERA NÚMERO 2 DE ALCUDIA Y EEI &amp;quot; S&amp;apos;ESTOL DEL REI EN JAUME &amp;quot; SITO EN LA CALLE ANTONIO MARIA ALCOVER NÚMERO 4 DEL PUERTO DE ALCUDIA &amp;quot;, mediante procedimiento abierto , vía de urgencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Conforme con lo que establece el artículo 188.3 de la Ley 20/2006 de 15 de diciembre , municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares , el pliego de cláusulas regulador de esta contratación se expone al público durante el plazo de cinco días naturales - contados a partir del siguiente al de la inserción de este anuncio en el BOIB - , para que puedan presentarse reclamaciones .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
