    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno Local en sesión ordinaria celebrada el día 11 de noviembre de 2013, aprobó las siguientes Bases:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;“BASES QUE REGULAN LA CONCESIÓN De AYUDAS PARA La ADQUISICIÓN DE LIBROS DE TEXTO Al /AL CURSO 2013-2014.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1.- OBJETO DE LA CONVOCATORIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El objeto de la convocatoria es el otorgamiento por parte del Ayuntamiento de Llubí, de ayudas para la adquisición de libros de texto y material escolar lectivo para el curso 2013-2014 a las familias con hijos que cursan enseñanza obligatoria, es decir, Educación Primaria y Educación Primaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las ayudas económicas tienen la finalidad de apoyar económico al gasto que supone la adquisición de libros de texto a les familias del municipio de Llubí y está destinada a la compra de libros de carácter obligatorio por el alumno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Así mismo, con esta convocatoria se pretende fomentar y a la vez facilitar la reutilización de los libros de texto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2.- REQUISITOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Los solicitantes (el alumno) tienen que estar empadronados al municipio de Llubí, con una antigüedad de dos años anteriores a la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Los alumnos tienen que estar matriculados a Educación Primaria e Infantil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Estar al cabo de la calle de las obligaciones tributarias con el Ayuntamiento de Llubí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- No encontrarse sometido a ningún procedimiento de reintegro de subvenciones público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- En caso de tener una deuda con el Colegio Público Duran Estrany, la ayuda se compensará en la parte que tienen de deuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3.- DESTINATARIOS DE LAS AYUDAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Podrán solicitar las ayudas o becas el padre, la madre o tutor legal empadronado en Llubí de aquellos alumnos empadronados en Llubí matriculados a cualquier curso de Educación Primaria e Infantil Obligatoria durante el curso escolar 2013-2014 en representación del alumno. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4.- DOTACIÓN PRESUPUESTARIA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En los presupuestos municipales del Ayuntamiento de Llubí para el año 2013, existe partida 231/48001 por importe de 5.399 euros para destinar a la ayuda de libros de texto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;5.- FORMA Y DOCUMENTACIÓN DE PRESENTACIÓN DE SOLICITUDES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las personas interesadas en solicitar una ayuda se tienen que dirigir al registro general del Ayuntamiento de Llubí y aportar la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Solicitud (anexo 1) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Fotocopia del DNI, ANIDO o pasaporte del solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Documento bancario en que consten los datos de la cuenta y el titular de este. Se acreditará con una fotocopia de la libreta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Declaración jurada de no haber recibido ninguno otra ayuda por el mismo concepto (Anexo 2).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Los datos relativos al empadronamiento serán comprobados por el propio Ayuntamiento de Llubí y por lo tanto, no es necesario aportar los certificados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las becas se solicitarán mediante el modelo de solicitud (Anexo 1), dirigido al alcalde de Llubí y subscrito por el tutor legal del alumno en representación de este, al Registro de entrada del Ayuntamiento de Llubí. La presentación de la solicitud implicará la autorización al Ayuntamiento de Llubí, porque, en nombre del solicitando, realice las gestiones y comprobaciones pertinentes para la tramitación de las ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;6.- PLAZO DE PRESENTACIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes será de día 12 de noviembre de 2013 a 2 de diciembre de 2013 ambos incluidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;7.- CRITERIOS DE VALORACIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El importe de las ayudas se distribuirán igualitariamente entre el número de alumnos que hayan cumplido con los requisitos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;8.- COMISIÓN DE VALORACIÓN Y OTORGAMIENTO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El Ayuntamiento formará una Comisión de Valoración formado por el Secretario- Interventor de la Corporación y dos auxiliares administrativos, y sus funciones serán las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Evaluar cada una de las solicitudes presentadas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Admitir o excluir las solicitudes que corresponda, en relación con los criterios que se enmarcan a las presentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;En cuanto al proceso administrativo de concesión de las ayudas, la Comisión Evaluadora atenderá los siguientes periodos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Una vez examinadas todas las solicitudes, se hará propuesta resolución provisional por parte de la Regidora de Educación, de acuerdo con los criterios de valoración y los requisitos establecidos en estas bases. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Esta lista se expondrá en la página web y al tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Los solicitantes podrán presentar, en el plazo de 3 días habilidosos contados a partir del siguiente a la exposición de la lista provisional, las oportunas reclamaciones acompañadas de la documentación que estimen conveniente, que tendrá que ser presentada al registro de entrada del Ayuntamiento de Llubí en horario de atención al público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;9.- RESOLUCIÓN DE LA CONVOCATORIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Una vez la Comisión Evaluadora haya analizado la documentación aportada para enmendar y a la vista de las alegaciones presentadas, se hará resolución definitiva de concesión o denegación de las ayudas, que expresará la lista de personas beneficiarias y la cantidad de la ayuda otorgada, y también las solicitudes excluidas con indicación de la causa de exclusión. Esta resolución será expuesta en la página web municipal y al tablero de edictos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;10.- PAGO DE LAS BECAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El pago de la ayuda se realizará mediante transferencia bancaria o cualquier forma de pago aceptado por el TRLHL a la cuenta indicada por el solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;11.- CONTABILIDAD DE LAS BECAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las becas concedidas en virtud de la presente convocatoria no son compatibles con cualquiera otra ayuda que se pudiera percibir por la misma finalidad otras entidades públicas. A tal efecto, los solicitantes tendrán que firmar una declaración jurada (Anexo 2)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;12.- RÉGIMEN DE RECURSOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Contra esta resolución se podrá interponer recurso de reposición en el plazo de un mes desde su publicación o recurso contencioso administrativo en el plazo de dos meses.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
