&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Número de contador: 057798611&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Contra la Resolución -que no pone fin a la vía administrativa- se puede interponer un recurso de alzada ante el Consejero de Economía y Competitividad en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 115 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, y con el artículo 58 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, sin perjuicio que se pueda interponer cualquier otro que se considere oportuno para la defensa de sus intereses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
