    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por desconocimiento de los/as interesados/as o por ignorar el lugar en que se encuentra/n o no haber sido hallado/s en su/s domicilio/s y para dar cumplimiento a lo que prevé el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, se notifica a las personas se relacionan a continuación que Ports de les Illes Balears ha acordado el inicio de expediente/s sancionador/es por presuntas infracciones administrativas tipificadas en la ley 10/2005, de 21 de junio, de Ports de les Illes Balears, donde figuran las personas que se detallan en el anexo adjunto, haciendo constar lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En caso de reconocimiento voluntario de la propia responsabilidad por parte del interesado, comunicado a Ports de les Illes Balears en cualquier momento de su tramitación antes de la notificación de la propuesta de resolución, la cuantía de la sanción propuesta se reducirá en un 40%..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El/Los expediente/s señalado/s está/n en las oficinas de Ports de les Illes Balears sitas en la calle Vicente Tofiño, 36 de Palma (Coll de’n Rebassa), Teléfono: 902 024 444.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El/los interesado/s tienen/n un plazo de 15 días para formular alegaciones a la iniciación del expediente, proponer pruebas y concretar cuáles serán los medios que utilizará/n. De no efectuarse alegaciones sobre el contenido del acuerdo&amp;nbsp; de inicio en el plazo establecido la iniciación podrá considerarse propuesta de resolución por contener un pronunciamiento preciso sobre la responsabilidad imputada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
