    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Intentada sin efecto la notificación con acuse de recibo al/la denunciado/a, por ignorarse el domicilio o no haber hallado en el mismo a los/las interesados/as, mediante el presente edicto, el cual se realiza también mediante anuncio en el tablón de edictos del Ayuntamiento de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 11 del RD 320/1994, de 25 de febrero, y de acuerdo con lo previsto en e los artículos 59.5), 59.6) y 61 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, modificada por la Ley 4/1999, de 13 de enero, se notifica que por el instructor del expediente, se ha acordado &lt;strong&gt;Propuesta de Resolución desestimando las alegaciones presentadas&lt;/strong&gt; en el expediente que a continuación se detalla, incoado por infracción al Reglamento General de Circulación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
