    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Notificación a interesados Providencia de Alcaldia nº 46 de fecha 18 de Octubre de 2013 de ejecución subsidiaria de reparacion de fachadas del inmueble sito en la Calle Enmig nº 12 trasera Calle de la Virgen nº 17 del Barrio La Peña de Eivissa, con referencia catastral 4680415CD6048S.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La presente publicación servirá de notificación a aquellos propietarios o titulares de derechos desconocidos o con domicilio desconocido y caso de no haberse podido practicar una vez intentada, todo ello de conformidad con lo dispuesto por el art. 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992 de 26 de noviembre del Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En base a lo dispuesto por el artículo 61 de la Ley 30/92, se publica únicamente una breve indicación del contenido de la resolución, que se encuentra en las dependencias del Ayuntamiento de Eivissa, Plaza de España, nº 1, 07800 Eivissa, Concejalía de Vivienda y Núcleo Histórico, donde los interesados o sus representantes debidamente acreditados, podrán comparecer, en el plazo de diez días, contados desde el día siguiente a la publicación del presente edicto en el Boletín Oficial de las islas Baleares, para el conocimiento íntegro del mencionado acto y constancia de tal conocimiento, en horario de 08,00 a 15,00 horas, de lunes a viernes, excepto festivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Asimismo, se advierte a los interesados que, de no comparecer en el mencionado plazo, la notificación se entenderá producida a todos los efectos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
