PRIMERA INSTANCIA N.2&nbsp; de IBIZA/EIVISSA, por el presente,</span></span></p> <p style="text-align: center"> <strong><span style="font-size: 12px"><span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif">A N U N C I O :</span></span></strong></p> <p> <span style="font-size: 12px"><span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif">En el presente procedimiento, seguido a instancia de&nbsp; SANTANDER CONSUMER, ESTABLECIMIENTO FINANCIERO DE CREDITO, S.A. frente a CONSTRUCCIONES Y REFORMAS TAQNIT EIVISSA, CONSTANTINO JIMENEZ MARTINEZ, MARIA GRACIA BARRERA RODRIGUEZ&nbsp; se ha dictado sentencia, cuyo encabezamiento y fallo son del tenor literal siguiente:</span></span></p> <h2 style="text-align: center"> <span style="font-size: 12px"><span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif">SENTENCIA&nbsp; Nº 173/13</span></span></h2> <p> <span style="font-size: 12px"><span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif">En Ibiza, a treinta y uno de julio de dos mil trece.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size: 12px"><span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif">Vistos por mí, Doña Montserrat Molina Pla, Juez del Juzgado de Primera Instancia nº 2 de Ibiza, los presentes autos sobre juicio ordinario nº 93/2011, seguidos a instancia de la entidad Santander Consumer Establecimiento Financiero de Crédito, S.A., representada por la Procuradora D.ª Mariana Viñas Bastida y asistida por la Letrada D.ª Concepción Villalonga Trujillo, contra Construcciones y Reformas Taqnit Eivissa, D. Constantina Jiménez Martínez D.ª María Gracia Barrera Rodríguez, en situación de rebeldía, sobre reclamación de cantidad.</span></span></p> <h1 style="text-align: center"> <span style="font-size: 12px"><span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif">FALLO</span></span></h1> <p> <span style="font-size: 12px"><span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif">Que estimando parcialmente la demanda interpuesta por la representación procesal de la entidad Santander Consumer Establecimiento Financiero de Crédito, S.A., contra Construcciones y Reformas Taqnit Eivissa, D.
