font-size: 12px">&nbsp;(*) Más los intereses correspondientes</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px">El hecho que motiva la incoación responde a la falta de pago de las cuotas correspondientes al servicio de suministro domiciliario de agua potable al domicilio, importe y periodo relacionados anteriormente, lo cual puede ser calificado como infracción de la obligación que impone a&nbsp; los abonados el artículo 40º de la Ordenanza municipal reguladora del servicio, infracción que puede ser sancionada con suspensión del suministro o con la rescisión del contrato, conforme establece el artículo 48º de la misma Ordenanza.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px">En la misma resolución se nombra Instructor del procedimiento al funcionario municipal Dña. M. Pilar Salguero Mesa, y se notifica que su resolución corresponde a la Alcaldía.
