&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. El 6 de agosto de 2013, entró en la Consejería de Agricultura Medio Ambiente y Territorio el acuerdo del pleno del Consorcio del Pla de Mallorca de modificación de las tarifas del Servicio de suministro de agua del Consorcio de Aguas del Pla de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. El 4 de octubre de 2013, la Dirección General de Recursos Hídricos emitió un informe técnico favorable a la modificación de tarifas del servicio de suministro de agua del Consorcio de Aguas del Pla de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. La Comisión de Precios de las Illes Balears, en la sesión de día 22 de octubre de 2013, examinó el expediente y adoptó por unanimidad el acuerdo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. La Orden Ministerial de 30 de septiembre de 1977, sobre tramitación de expedientes de modificación de tarifes de los servicios de competencia local (BOE núm. 241, de 8 de octubre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. El Real Decreto 2695/1977, de 28 de octubre, sobre normativa en materia de precios (BOE núm. 260, de 31 de octubre). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. El Real Decreto Ley 7/1996, de 7 de junio sobre medidas urgentes de carácter fiscal y de fomento y liberalización de la actividad económica (BOE núm. 139, de 8 de junio) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5. El Decreto 6/2013, de 2 de mayo, del Presidente de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 60, de 2 de mayo de 2013)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;6. El Decreto 30/2013, de 14 de junio, por el que se crea la Comisión de Precios del Agua y los Transportes Urbanos y se regula la composición y el funcionamiento, (BOIB núm. 85, de 15 de junio de 2013)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Autorizar, de acuerdo con el dictamen de la Comisión de Precios de las Illes Balears de la sesión de 22 de octubre de 2013, la modificación de tarifas del servicio de suministro de agua del Consorcio de Aguas del Pla de Mallorca siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Notificar esta Resolución a la entidad interesada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Publicar esta Resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. Esta Resolución entra en vigor el día siguiente al de su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recuso potestativo de reposición ante el Consejero de Agricultura, Medio Ambiente y Territorio en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de haber recibido la notificación, de acuerdo con el artículo 117 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente al de haber recibido la notificación de la Resolución, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, Reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contenciosa Administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
