&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;A N U N C I O:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;En el presente procedimiento&amp;nbsp; seguido a instancia de YOUSSEF AHAJJAM BEKKOUR, frente a CRISTINA GOMEZ GUERRERO y PEDRO FERNANDO GARCIA IBARRA, se ha dictado sentencia, cuyo encabezamiento y fallo son del tenor literal es el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;En Ibiza, a diecinueve de septiembre de dos mil trece.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Vistos por mi, OFELIA NACHE SALMERON, juez sustituta del Juzgado de Primera Instancia nº 4 de Ibiza y su partido, los presentes autos de Juicio verbal nº 603/12 sobre reclamación de cantidad, promovido por D. YOUSSEF AHAJJAM BEKKOUR representado por el procurador de los tribunales D. Cesar Serra González y defendido&amp;nbsp; por el&amp;nbsp; letrado D. Joaquín Añó Añó,&amp;nbsp; frente a D. PEDRO FERNANDO GARCIA IBARRA, en rebeldía procesal, y Dª CRISTINA GOMEZ GUERRERO, en nombre del rey he dictado la siguiente &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;SENTENCIA&amp;nbsp; nº 185/2013&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;h3 style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;FALLO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h3&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Que estimando la demanda presentada por el procurador de los tribunales D. Cesar Serra, en nombre y representación de D. YOUSSEF AHAJJAM BEKKOUR, contra D. PEDRO FERNANDO GARCIA IBARRA y Dª CRISTINA GOMEZ GERRERO, debo condenar y condeno a los&amp;nbsp; demandados solidariamente a realizar las obras necesarias para reparar las tuberías&amp;nbsp; privativas de la vivienda de su propiedad así como las&amp;nbsp; necesarias para reparar los daños de la vivienda titularidad del actor, sitas respectivamente en la C/ Historiador José Clapés números 40 1º C y 42 1º A de Santa Eulalia del Río, estas últimas conforme al informe parcial aportado con la demanda&amp;nbsp; y al pago de las&amp;nbsp; costas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Esta resolución no es firme y contra la misma cabe recurso de apelación, a preparar por escrito en este Juzgado en los términos del artículo 458 de la vigente Ley de Enjuiciamiento Civil en el plazo de veinte&amp;nbsp; días a contar desde su notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Así, pronuncio, mando y firmo ésta, mi Sentencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Y encontrándose dicho demandado, PEDRO FERNANDO GARCIA IBARRA, en paradero desconocido, se expide el presente a fin de que sirva de notificación en forma al mismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;IBIZA/EIVISSA a diecinueve de Septiembre de dos mil trece.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
