&lt;p lang="ca-ES"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;1. El día 5 de enero de 2013 se publicó en el BOIB n.º 3 la Resolución del presidente del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos de día 18 de diciembre de 2012, por la que se convocaban ayudas para apoyar todo tipo de proyectos culturales en el ámbito de la literatura, el cómic y el pensamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.05cm; margin-bottom: 0.21cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;2. Se presentaron un total de 4 solicitudes de subvención correspondientes a la Associació Cultural Òrbita, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;Lleonard Muntaner Editor, Associació El Mirall i Antònia Pasqual Mesquida&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.05cm; margin-bottom: 0.21cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;3. La Comisión Evaluadora revisó y valoró los expedientes de acuerdo con los criterios de evaluación establecidos en el punto 10 de la Resolución de convocatoria y emitió un informe, con fecha 20 de setiembre de 2013, que consta en el expediente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.05cm; margin-bottom: 0.21cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;4. El 10 de diciembre de 2012 el director del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos emitió un certificado en el que acreditaba la existencia de crédito adecuado y suficiente en el presupuesto del IEB correspondiente al año 2013 para hacer frente a los gastos relativos a la convocatoria de ayudas para dar apoyo a todo tipo de proyectos culturales en el ámbito de la literatura, el cómic y el pensamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.05cm; margin-bottom: 0.21cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;5. El punto 15 de la convocatoria establece que, de acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 43 del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, se debe revocar la subvención cuando, posteriormente a la resolución de la concesión, el beneficiario incumpla total o parcialmente las obligaciones o los compromisos concretos a los que está condicionada la eficacia del acto de concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.05cm; margin-bottom: 0.21cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;1. La Resolución del Presidente del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos del día 18 de diciembre de 2012, por la que se convocan ayudas para apoyar todo tipo de proyectos culturales en el ámbito de la literatura, el cómic y el pensamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;2. El Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, en concreto la disposición adicional primera, y la Orden de la Consejería de Educación y Cultura, de 1 de julio de 2009, por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de educación y cultura (BOIB nº 100, de 11 de julio de 2009).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.05cm; margin-bottom: 0.21cm"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.05cm; margin-bottom: 0.21cm; text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Resolución&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;Resuelvo la convocatoria de ayudas para apoyar todo tipo de proyectos culturales en el ámbito de la literatura, el cómic y el pensamiento en los siguientes términos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
