&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Ref.: 1517/13&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Después de haber intentado en dos ocasiones realizar las notificaciones con acuse de recibo, no se han podido hacer efectivas, por lo cual y de acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento común, modificada por la Ley 4/1999, de 13 de enero, se comunica a los titulares de los vehículos que se citan más abajo, que éstos permanecen en el Depósito Municipal de Vehículos de la Policía Local o están abandonados en la vía pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Al haber transcurrido más de dos meses desde que se hicieron estos depósitos o más de un mes que se detectó su estado de abandono en la vía pública, se comunica que, de acuerdo con el artículo 86 del Real Decreto Legislativo 339/1990, de 2 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el texto articulado de la Ley sobre Tráfico, Circulación de vehículos a motor y seguridad viaria, modificado por la Ley 18/2009, serán tratados como vehículos abandonados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por lo cual se les requiere para que, en el PLAZO DE UN MES,&amp;nbsp; procedan a la retirada de los mencionados vehículos, con la advertencia que si no lo hicieren, se procederá a tratarlos como residuos domésticos, para cuyo tratamiento es de aplicación lo que dispone el artículo 47.1.b.1 de la vigente Ley 22/2011, de 28 de julio de residuos, donde se le puede imponer una sanción de hasta 45.000 €, así como la Ordenanza Fiscal de este Ayuntamiento, que por la retirada i desguace se le aplicará una tasa de 275,18 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Igualmente se les hace saber que, si no fuera de su interés la retirada de los mismos, sólo quedaran exentos de responsabilidad administrativa por esta causa, si los ceden a un gestor de residuos autorizado o los ceden a este Ayuntamiento, para lo cual se tendrán que personar, dentro del plazo indicado, en las dependencias de la Policía Local para formalizar los trámites correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
