&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Contra esta Resolución —que agota la vía administrativa— se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el conseller de Economía y Competitividad en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de su publicación en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, de acuerdo con el artículo 117 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, y con el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la CAIB, o bien directamente un recurso contencioso administrativo ante la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de su publicación en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, Reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contenciosa Administrativa, independientemente de que se pueda interponer cualquier otro que se considere oportuno en defensa del derecho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;También se notifica que se ha acordado que el acto de pago de las cuantías que corresponde abonar a la beneficiaria se lleve a cabo el día 28 de noviembre a las 10:45 h, en las dependencias del Servicio Jurídico de la Consellería de Economía y Competitividad (pl. de Son Castelló, 1, polígono de Son Castelló, 07009 Palma).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Una vez efectuados los cálculos, a Endesa Distribución eléctrica, SLU, beneficiaria de la expropiación, le corresponde abonar las siguientes cuantías:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Resto del justiprecio: 1.128,41 euros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Intereses generados hasta el 07/10/2013: 160,68 euros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
