&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Toda vez que no han podido efectuarse las notificaciones por infracciones A LA Ley sobre Tráfico, Circulación de vehículos a Motor i Seguridad Vial (RDL.339, de 2 de marzo i ) De acuerdo con el artículo 59.4 y 61 de la Ley 30/1192 de 26 de noviembre sobre Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común con el presente ANUNCIO se comunica a las personas que más abajo se relacionan su contenido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Como consecuencia de la infracción de referencia, le informamos que el vehículo del cual figura como titular ha sido&amp;nbsp; inmovilizado y trasladado al depósito municipal situado en las&amp;nbsp; dependencias de la Policía Local en el Polígono de Can Rubiol, calle Celleters, 38, &lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;07141 Marratxí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;De acuerdo con el RDL 339/990 de 2 de marzo,&amp;nbsp; dispone de un plazo máximo de DOS MESES, previo pago de las tasas correspondientes, si no ha presentado alegaciones, para proceder a su retirada, de lo contrario se iniciará el procedimiento de abandono y descontaminación del vehículo que llega al fin de su vida útil , de acuerdo con lo establecido en el R.D. 1383/2002 de 20 de diciembre y en el propio RDL 339/90.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Conforme con lo dispuesto en artículo 58 de la LRJPAC se expresa que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Contra la citada resolución, podrá interponer el recurso de reposición que se establece en los artículos 52 LBRL i 116 LRJPAC, en el plazo de un mes a contar a partir del día siguiente al de la recepción del presente escrito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El mencionado recurso se entenderá desestimado si transcurriese otro mes sin que se notifique su resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Contra lo resuelto en el recurso de reposición, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer recurso contencioso administrativo, ante los Juzgados de lo Contencioso Administrativo de Palma de Mallorca, en el plazo de DOS MESES a contar desde el día siguiente al de la notificación del acto si este fuere&amp;nbsp; expreso. Si no lo fuere, el plazo será de SEIS MESES a contar desde el día siguiente a aquel, en que, de acuerdo con su normativa específica, se produjera el acto presunto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;No obstante, podrá utilizar cualquier otro recurso si lo cree conveniente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
