    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;No habiendo sido posible realizar la notificación de las resoluciones, por presuntas infracciones a la Ley 16/87 de ordenación de los transportes terrestres, intentada a las personas que se detallan en el anexo en los expedientes que asimismo se indican, se procede, previos dos intentos de notificación mediante carta certificada con acuse de recibo, a su notificación conforme determina el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/92 del régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, haciendo constar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;1º.- Se considera que los hechos denunciados no constituyen infracción a la normativa de transportes terrestres no siendo responsables administrativos los interesados en cada procedimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;2º.- Contra la presente resolución, que no agota la vía administrativa, puede (n) interponer recurso de alzada ante el Hble. Sr. Consejero de Agricultura, Medio Ambiente y Territorio, de esta Comunidad Autónoma, en el plazo de un mes contado a partir del día siguiente al de su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, y se entenderá desestimado cuando no se haya resuelto y notificada la resolución en el término de tres meses, a contar del día siguiente a su interposición, quedando en este caso expedita la vía contencioso-administrativa. Ello sin perjuicio de cualquier otro recurso o acción que se estime pertinente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Las personas interesadas pueden comparecer, en la Dirección General de Transportes situada en la calle Eusebio Estada, 28, 1º, de Palma de Mallorca, en el plazo que se establece, para conocer el contenido íntegro del acto mencionado y para que quede constancia de ese conocimiento, de acuerdo con el artículo 61 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
