&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, y dado que se desconoce el domicilio del destinatario o no ha podido ser localizado, mediante el presente edicto se notifica a la empresa que figura a continuación que, de acuerdo con la Resolución de nombramiento de instructores en los procedimientos sancionadores en materia de prevención de riesgos laborales de 1 de septiembre de 2010, se ha designado la instructora que también se indica, a los efectos previstos en los artículos 28 y 29 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
