    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;En fecha 15 de octubre de 2013 se ha publicado el anuncio de licitación para la contratación de la “Póliza del seguro de daños materiales del Ayuntamiento de Calvià”, exp. Núm. 69/13.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;El artículo 105.2 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre establece que las Administraciones públicas podrán rectificar (…) los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;Resolución,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;1) Rectificar el punto cuarto del anuncio publicado en la versión en catalán de la forma siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;4.- Valor estimado del contrato: doscientos ochenta mil euros (288.000,00 €) exento de IVA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;5.- Presupuesto base de licitación. Importe total: doscientos ochenta mil euros (288.000,00 €) exento de IVA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;Ha de decir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;4.- Valor estimado del contrato: doscientos ochenta y ocho mil euros (288.000,00 €) exento de IVA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
