    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno Local en sesión ordinaria celebrada el día 16 de octubre de 2013, aprobó las siguientes Bases para subvención Deportes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;“BASES SUBVENCIONES DEPORTES. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Llubí aprobó con fecha de 18 de marzo de 2013 su Reglamento de ayudas a Deportistas individuales y Entidades deportivas del municipio de Llubí (BOIB núm.47 de día 6 de abril de 2013).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Por eso, en conformidad con las mencionadas bases y en cumplimiento de aquello establecido por el artículo 23.2 de la Ley 38/2003, General de Subvenciones, y de acuerdo con el artículo 21 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de Bases de Régimen Local, PROPONGO a la Junta de Gobierno local la adopción del presente ACUERDO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar la siguiente convocatoria para el otorgamiento de subvenciones de la Concejalía de Deportes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“PRIMERO&lt;/strong&gt;.-Destinatarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1.- Podrán ser beneficiarios de estas ayudas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol style="list-style-type: lower-alpha"&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Los deportistas de deportes individuales federados empadronados en el municipio de Llubí, con anterioridad al 1 de enero de año en curso, que realicen actividad deportiva durante un año completo de competición y que practiquen su disciplina como mínimo a nivel autonómico y un mínimo de diez pruebas federadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Los clubes y entidades deportivas que tengan el domicilio social al municipio de Llubí y estén inscritas al Registro municipal de asociaciones deportivas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2.- Será requisito indispensable para poder ser beneficiario de esta convocatoria, el tener correctamente justificadas todas aquellas ayudas y subvenciones concedidas miedo este Ayuntamiento en ejercicios anteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Actividades y gastos subvencionables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Son subvencionables los siguientes gastos realizados por los deportistas individuales y Entidades deportivas en el marco de sus deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;PERSONAS FÍSICAS:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Gastos federativos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Inscripciones a competiciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Material deportivo &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ENTIDADES DEPORTIVAS&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Gastos federativos y arbitrajes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Gastos de material deportivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Gastos de funcionamiento y difusión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En ningún caso el coste de adquisición de los gastos subvencionables podrá ser superior al valor del mercado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Se considera gasto realizado la que ha sido efectivamente pagada con anterioridad a la finalización del periodo de justificación determinado por la normativa reguladora de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.&lt;/strong&gt;- Importe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El presupuesto destinado a la presente convocatoria vendrá establecido a la partida presupuestaria 924/47901 de cada ejercicio presupuestario, que englobará la totalidad de subvenciones que se destinen a personas físicas como Entidades deportivas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La cuantía máxima de la subvención no será superior al importe reflejado en la memoria evaluada del gasto realizado durante el periodo objeto de subvención. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Solicitudes: Plazo, documentación y subsanación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes es de quince (15) días naturales, contados a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La solicitud, que tendrá que ir firmada por la persona que solicite la subvención se tendrá que acompañar de la siguiente documentación (en su caso originales compulsados):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;PERSONAS FÍSICAS:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1.- Documento Nacional de Identidad del solicitante o representante de la persona responsable de la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2.- Licencia federativa en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3.- Certificado de empadronamiento del municipio de Llubí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4.- Declaración jurada de estar al cabo de la calle de sus obligaciones tributarias (tanto con la hacienda estatal como autonómica) y de la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;5.- Certificado emitido por la recaudación municipal de encontrarse al cabo de la calle con las obligaciones tributarias y de derecho público del Ayuntamiento de Llubí. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;6.- Declaración de no estar &amp;nbsp;incurso en las causas previstas al artículo 13.2 de la Ley 38/2003 General de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;7.- Relación de subvenciones que se hayan solicitado con el mismo fin a otras instituciones y organismos públicos o privados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;8.- Memoria evaluada del gasto que se ha realizado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;9.- Declaración por escrito de no pertenecer a ningún club o asociación deportiva que perciba subvenciones por parte del Ayuntamiento de Llubí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;ENTIDADES DEPORTIVAS:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1.- Fotocopia –NIF de la asociación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2.- Fotocopia DNI representando de la persona responsable de la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3.- Fotocopia de los estatutos de la asociación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4.- Fotocopia del acta de constitución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;5.- Fotocopia de la inscripción en el registro de asociaciones de la CAIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;6.- Certificado de la composición de la Junta Directiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;7.- Certificado del número de socios de la asociación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;8.- Solicitud de subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;9.- Proyecto y memoria del proyecto en que se basa la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;10.- Presupuesto del proyecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;11.-Declaración de subvenciones concedidas por el Ayuntamiento u otros organismos en el transcurso del año.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;12.- Declaración de estar al corriente de la Seguridad social y con la ATIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En el caso de que la solicitud no reúna todos los requisitos exigidos se instará al peticionario por qué en el plazo de diez (10) días subsane estos defectos, con la advertencia de que, en caso contrario, se entenderá por desistido en su petición previa la oportuna resolución, según el establecido al artículo 71 de la Ley 30/1992 de 26 de noviembre Reguladora del Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Criterios de valoración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;PERSONAS FÍSICAS:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La forma de determinación y reparto de las subvenciones, se llevará a cabo a través de la valoración del currículum del deportista durante el año a que se refiere la convocatoria, teniendo en cuenta el siguiente criterio de puntuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La forma de determinación y reparto de las subvenciones es la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;a) Por promoción y participación dentro del deporte base y a los juegos deportivos escolares:&amp;nbsp; hasta un máximo 20 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;b)Licencias federativas o número de inscritos a las actividades anuales: hasta un máximo 40 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;c) Campañas de promoción y fomento ( festivales, fiestas, torneos..): hasta un máximo 40 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEXTO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Principios y normas de valoración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La concesión de las subvenciones a que se hieren este Reglamento se efectuarán mediante el procedimiento establecido a las mismas, de acuerdo con los principios de publicidad, concurrencia y objetividad, igualdad y no discriminación, garantizando la transparencia de las actuaciones administrativas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las subvenciones que se conceden estarán sujetas a las siguientes normas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;a) El otorgamiento tendrá carácter voluntario y eventual, sin que pueda invocarse como precedente las subvenciones concedidas en cualquiera otro momento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;b)El Ayuntamiento podrá revocar o reducir las ayudas como consecuencia de la alteración de las condiciones tenidas en cuenta para la concesión de la subvención y, en todo caso, la obtención concurrente otras subvenciones o ayudas otorgadas por otras Administraciones o entes públicos o privados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;c) No será exigible su aumento o revisión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;d) El Ayuntamiento podrá comprobar en cualquier momento, por los medios que estime oportunos, la inversión de las cantidades otorgadas en relación con sus adecuados fines.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SÉPTIMO.&lt;/strong&gt;- Procedimiento de concesión y órgano competente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El plazo máximo para la resolución de la concesión de las presentes subvenciones será el máximo de un mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La valoración se efectuará por personal del Ayuntamiento de Llubí que realizarán la valoración de las solicitudes presentadas mediante informe - propuesta en el que se ponderará el criterio establecido al artículo 6ª del presente Reglamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Posteriormente el regidor de Deportes realizará una propuesta de resolución provisional que elevará a la Junta de Gobierno local, porque esta dicte la resolución definitiva en todo o parte, o denegando las solicitudes formuladas, previa fiscalización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Una vez que la solicitud merezca la conformidad, se remitirá con todo el expediente al órgano competente para que dicte la resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La reformulación de solicitudes tendrá que respetar el objeto, condiciones, finalidad de la subvención, así como los criterios de valoración establecidos respecto de las solicitudes o peticiones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno Local, que será motivado, se notificará de acuerdo con el dispuesto a los artículos 58 y 59 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre reguladora del Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y Procedimiento Administrativo común.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;OCTAVO.&lt;/strong&gt;- Cuantía de concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El importe de la subvención en ningún caso podrá ser de tal cuantía que, aisladamente o en concurrencia con otras subvenciones o ayudas o recursos supere el coste de la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La cuantía del presupuesto global incluido en los correspondientes créditos presupuestarios expresados en el artículo 4ª condiciona, sin posibilidad de ampliación las obligaciones que se hayan contraído con cargo al mismo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Se podrá proceder al prorrateo, entre los beneficiarios de la subvención, del importe global máximo destinado a subvencionar la presente convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NOVENO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Justificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La carencia de presentación de la justificación en tiempo y forma implicará que la subvención concedida no pueda declararse correctamente justificada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La justificación de la subvención concedida estará integrada por la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1.- Datos bancarios de la cuenta donde se abonará la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2.- Justificantes del gasto efectuado por importe global mínimo equivalente a la subvención concedida. De no ser así la ayuda será aminorada proporcionalmente en la cuantía procedente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Los justificantes podrán consistir en:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;TIPO DE GASTO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1.- Gastos Corrientes: Se justificará mediante facturas originales, agrupadas por actividades subvencionadas y tendrán que cumplir las normas de expedición según RD 1496/2003. No se considerarán válidos ni tickets, ni recibos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La acreditación del pago se realizará mediante:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Transferencia y extracto bancario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Cheque y extracto bancario&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Pago “Al contado” y sello de la empresa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2.- Otros: mediante documentos de valor probatorio equivalente con validez en el tráfico jurídico mercantil o con eficacia administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La intervención municipal efectuará la validación y estampillado de los justificantes de gasto, haciendo constar que se han utilizado como justificación de la subvención concedida por el Ayuntamiento de Llubí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Al expediente se acreditará por la Concejalía delegada la comprobación y aprobación de los justificantes, así como el cumplimiento de los hasta que justifican la concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3.- Declaración jurada del beneficiario de la subvención en la que se haga constar que el importe de los ingresos recibidos no superan el coste de la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DÉCIMO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Obligaciones de los deportistas subvencionados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Los deportistas individuales que reciban miedo parte del Ayuntamiento de Llubí subvenciones quedarán obligados a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;a) Emplear los fondos recibidos a los fines para los que se otorgó la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;b) Proporcionar toda la información y documentación complementaria de la expresamente señalada en el presente Reglamento, que eventualmente, los fuera requerida por la Concejalía de Deportes, a efectos de verificar el cumplimiento de los requisitos exigidos, tanto a efectos de seguimiento y planificación, como de evaluación y justificación de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;c) Justificar debidamente la aplicación de la subvención concedida y percibida en la forma y plazos establecidos en la presente convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;d) Comunicar a la Concejalía de Deportes cualquier eventualidad que modifique o altere los datos consignados en la solicitud y documentación presentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;e) Obligación de llevar el escudo y nombre del Ayuntamiento a la ropa deportiva que participio (personas físicas).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;f) Cuando las Entidades deportivas organicen actividades, el Ayuntamiento tendrá que aparecer como entidad colaboradora en la publicidad de la misma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;UNDÉCIMO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Control financiero, reintegro y revisión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El procedimiento de control financiero, reintegro y revisión de actas es lo regulado por la Ley 38/2003 General de Subvenciones y en el Ordenanza General de Subvenciones aprobada por el Ayuntamiento de Llubí. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DUODÉCIMO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Normativa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las presentes Bases se ajustarán al dispuesto en la Ley 38/2003 General de Subvenciones, en el Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003 de Subvenciones aprobado por el RD 887/2006 de 21 de julio, las Bases de Ejecución del vigente Presupuesto Municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El Ayuntamiento restará exento de responsabilidad civil, mercantil, laboral o cualquiera otro derivada de las actuaciones a que estén obligadas las personas o entidades destinatarias de las subvenciones.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Comunicar la presente convocatoria a las Entidades interesadas.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
