    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Baleares&lt;/em&gt; n.º 140, de 12 de octubre de 2013, en la página 49461 ha publicado el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 11 de octubre de 2013 por el que se aprueba el calendario de fiestas para el año 2014 en el ámbito de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Durante la preparación de las publicaciones de los acuerdos adoptados por el Consejo de Gobierno de día 11 de octubre de 2013 que se remiten al &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, en el lugar correspondiente a la versión catalana se insertó por error la versión castellana del Acuerdo mencionado. Por lo tanto, falta la publicación en la lengua oficial catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Visto lo anterior y de acuerdo con el artículo 56 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, por el que “la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actos y disposiciones administrativas corresponderá al órgano que hubiera dictado el acto o la disposición” y que “la rectificación de errores deberá especificar, en su caso, los efectos jurídicos que de ella se deriven, y se deberá notificar o publicar preceptivamente cuando se refiera a actos que hayan sido objeto de notificación o publicación”, se procede a rectificar el error con la publicación íntegra de la versión catalana del Acuerdo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Acord del Consell de Govern d’11 d’octubre de 2013 pel qual s’aprova el calendari de festes per a l’any 2014 en l’àmbit de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;De conformitat amb el Reial decret 98/1996, de 26 de gener, de traspàs de funcions i serveis de l’Administració de l’Estat a la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears en matèria de treball —execució de la legislació laboral— (BOE núm. 52, de 29 de febrer), i amb el Decret 31/1996, de 7 de març, d’assumpció i distribució de competències transferides per l’Administració de l’Estat a la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears en matèria de treball —execució de la legislació laboral— (BOIB núm. 35, de 19 de març), correspon a la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears determinar les festes laborals d’àmbit local i substituir per unes altres les festes a què es refereix l’article 45 del Reial decret 2001/1983, de 28 de juliol, de regulació de jornades, hores extraordinàries i descansos (BOE núm. 180, de 29 de juliol), segons la redacció feta pel Reial decret&amp;nbsp;1346/1989, de 3 de novembre (BOE núm. 267, de 7 de novembre).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Així mateix, l’article 2 del Decret 75/1998, de 31 de juliol, pel qual es regula el calendari de festes de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm.&amp;nbsp;105, de 15 d’agost), dictat a l’empara del que disposa amb caràcter necessari la normativa de l’Estat, determina que el Consell de Govern, mitjançant un acord, pot substituir les festes que assenyala la lletra d) de l’article 1 d’aquest Decret per unes altres que, per tradició, siguin pròpies de la comunitat, com també la possibilitat de substituir el descans laboral del dilluns de les festes que coincideixen en diumenge per unes altres que siguin tradicionals a les Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;D’altra banda, i pel que fa al cas, s’han consultat les organitzacions sindicals i empresarials més representatives.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Per tot això, el Consell de Govern, a proposta del conseller d’Economia i Competitivitat, en la sessió d’11 d’octubre de 2013, adoptà, entre d’altres, l’Acord següent:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;Primer.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprovar, de conformitat amb la normativa estatal i l’autonòmica vigents, el calendari dels dies festius per a l’any 2014 en l’àmbit de les Illes Balears indicats a continuació:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
