&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 9pt"&gt;Plazo para comparecer: 15 días naturales contados desde el día siguiente a la publicación del anuncio en el BOIB. Transcurrido este plazo sin haber comparecido, la notificación se entenderá por efectuada a todos los efectos legales desde el día siguiente del día de vencimiento del plazo señalado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 9pt"&gt;El plazo de ingreso en periodo voluntario son los indicados en el artículo 62.2 de la Ley 58/2003 General Tributaria. La falta de ingreso en periodo voluntario implicará los recargos señalados en el artículo 28 de la LGT.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 9pt"&gt;De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el articulo 14 de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, contra la presente resolución, que pone fin a la vía administrativa puede interponerse recurso de reposición, en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que ha dictado el acto, a contar desde el día siguiente al de la recepción de esta notificación.
