&lt;p class="western"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De conformidad con el citado artículo 61, en evitación de cualquier posible lesión que de la publicación íntegra de la citada Resolución pudiera derivarse para los derechos e intereses legítimos del interesado, se significa que el texto íntegro del acto que se notifica se encuentra a su disposición, previa acreditación de su identidad o de la representación conferida, durante el plazo de un mes a partir del siguiente al de la publicación del presente anuncio, en el área de Medio Ambiente del Ayuntamiento de Sant Lluís (Pla de Sa Creu, s/n).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra las expresadas resoluciones, que ponen fin a la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo señalado en el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/98, de la jurisdicción contencioso administrativa en el plazo de dos meses contados a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de la presente notificación, salvo que presente, en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación de la presente notificación, el recurso previo potestativo de reposición previsto en el artículo 116 de la Ley 30/1992, del régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, ante el mismo órgano que ha dictado este acuerdo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Plazos para efectuar el ingreso(RD 939/2005, de 29 de julio)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Publicada la notificación entre los dias uno y 15 de cada mes, ambos incluidos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="margin-left: 0.64cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;SIN RECARGO DE APREMIO: hasta el día 20 del mes posterior o, si éste no fuera hábil, hasta el inmediato hábil siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Publicada la notificación entre los días 16 y último de cada mes, ambos incluidos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="margin-left: 0.64cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;SIN RECARGO DE APREMIO: hasta el día 5 del segundo mes posterior o, si éste no fuera hábil, hasta el inmediato hábil siguiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Transcurridos los plazos anteriores sin que se haya verificado el ingreso, se iniciará el procedimiento de apremio con el recargo correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Maneras de realizar el ingreso: Se efectuará en la oficina de recaudación del Ayuntamiento, en días hábiles, o en cualquier oficina de la Caixa d’Estalvis de Balears “Sa Nostra”, indicando el número de expediente y el nombre de la persona interesada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
