    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 59.5 y 61 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, y por considerarse que la publicación íntegra de los actos administrativos podría lesionar los derechos e intereses legítimos de dichos interesados, se hace pública la notificación de inicio de los expedientes sancionadores que se indican a continuación, por la infracciones administrativas que se detallan, y a las personas que se relacionan, ya que, habiéndose intentado por dos veces la práctica de notificación personal e individual ésta ha resultado infructuosa, bien porque se desconoce el domicilio actual de los interesados, bien porque no estaban presentes en el momento de la notificación. El expediente y la resolución puede consultarse en el Área de Medio Ambiente del Ayuntamiento de Sant Lluís.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Durante el plazo de quince días hábiles, contados desde el siguiente al de la publicación del presente Edicto en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia, con aportación o proposición de las pruebas que consideren oportunas, podrán formular las alegaciones que en su defensa estimen convenientes. Igualmente, disponen del mismo plazo para formular, en su caso, recusación contra el nombramiento de la Instructora, de la Secretaria del procedimiento o de ambos a la vez por alguna de las causas taxativamente numeradas y con los efectos previstos en los arts. 28 y 29 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre. Los escritos y demás documentos que se estimen convenientes, se presentarán en el Registro Municipal sito en el Pla de Sa Creu, s/n o conforme a lo establecido en el art. 38.4 de la LRJPAC.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De no efectuarse alegaciones en el plazo antes indicado, la iniciación del procedimiento será considerada propuesta de resolución con los pronunciamientos que figuran en las Resoluciones de inicio. El presente edicto también se publica en el tablón de edictos del Ayuntamiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
