    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El Pleno del Ayuntamiento , en sesión ordinaria el 29 de mayo de 2.013 , con resolución de alegaciones, aprobó provisionalmente el proyecto de modificación puntual de las Normas Subsidiarias del Planeamiento de Mercadal que lleva por título &amp;quot; MODIFICACIÓN PUNTUAL DE LAS NS . NUEVO POLÍGONO DE SERVICIOS DEL NÚCLEO TRADICIONAL DE FORNELLS &amp;quot; , redactado por la mercantil GABINETE DE ANÁLISIS AMBIENTAL Y TERRITORIAL , SL ( GAAT ) y promovido por el Ayuntamiento, con las modificaciones introducidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Dicha modificación de planeamiento se somete a información pública , por plazo de CUARENTA Y CINCO ( 45 ) DÍAS , a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación de este anuncio en el BOIB , plazo durante el cual el expediente quedará a disposición de cualquiera que quiera examinarlo y se podrán presentar las alegaciones y sugerencias que se estimen convenientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;En el supuesto de que en este nuevo plazo de información pública se presenten alegaciones deberá someter el expediente nuevamente al trámite de aprobación provisional con resolución de alegaciones , caso contrario , se remitirá el expediente al Consell Insular para su aprobación definitiva .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
