&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;En el procedimiento de referencia se ha dictado la resolución del tenor literal siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;SENTENCIA: 00258/2011&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Procedimiento: Juicio ordinario nº 333/2.011&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;SENTENCIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;En Palma a 5 de diciembre de 2.011.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Vistos por mí, Dña. María del Pilar Ramos Monserrat, Magistrado Juez sustituta del Juzgado de Primera Instancia número Veintiuno de Palma, los autos de juicio ordinario seguidos en este Juzgado con el número 333/11 a instancia de las entidades OTHMAN KTIRI RENT A CAR S.L. y LOGIC AUTOMOCIÓN S.L.U. representadas por el Procurador Francisco Barceló y asistidas por el Letrado Enric Patiño, contra KMION RENT A CAR S.L., D. Juan López Arenas y D. Ricardo Monasterio Fernández, en situación procesal de rebeldía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;FALLO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Que ESTIMANDO la demanda interpuesta por el Procurador Francisco Barceló, obrando en nombre y representación de OTHMAN KTIRI RENT A CAR S.L. y LOGIC AUTOMOCIÓN S.L.U., contra K.MION RENT A CAR S.L, D. Juan López Arenas y D. Ricardo Monasterio Fernández, debo CONDENAR y CONDENO a los demandados, solidariamente, a abonar a OTHMAN KTIRI RENT A CAR S.L. la cantidad de 52.148´49 euros y a LOGIC AUTOMOCIÓN S.L.U. la cantidad de 18.713´29 euros, en ambos casos con los intereses correspondientes, y al pago de las costas del proceso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Notifíquese la presente resolución a las partes, frente a la que puede interponerse recurso de apelación en el término de los VEINTE días siguientes al de su notificación, de conformidad con los artículos 458 y siguientes de la Ley de Enjuiciamiento civil.&lt;br /&gt; Para interponer recurso de apelación habrá de constituirse un depósito de 50 euros en la cuenta de depósitos y consignaciones de este Juzgado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Así por esta sentencia, de la que se unirá certificación a las actuaciones originales para su notificación y cumplimiento, lo pronuncio, mando y firmo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;PUBLICACIÓN.- Leída y publicada la anterior resolución, en el día de su fecha, por el Juez que la ha dictado, estando celebrando audiencia pública, doy fe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Y como consecuencia del ignorado paradero de KMION RENT A CAR S.L Y DON JUAN LOPEZ ARENAS, se extiende la presente para que sirva de cédula de notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;PALMA DE MALLORCA a cinco de Septiembre de dos mil trece.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
