&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Procedimiento: sancionador por incumplimiento de la Ordenanza de Tenencia de Animales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Emisora : RCS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se ha intentado notificar resolución por dos veces al señor David Buils Pons y la notificación no se ha podido llevar a cabo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 59.2 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, se procede a publicar la siguiente resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“Dado que no ha sido posible notificar el acuerdo de sustitución de sanción por una medida reparadora por presunta infracción a la Ordenanza Municipal de Tenencia de Animales, se procede a su notificación de acuerdo con lo que se determina en el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30 /1992 de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común a la persona que se detalla en el anexo adjunto, haciendo constar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;PRIMERO. Acordar la sustitución de la sanción impuesta en el punto primero de la Resolución de Alcaldía número 2012-0460, de fecha 19 de junio de 2012, por una medida educativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Cada hora de medida educativa o reparadora equivale a 10 € de multa, por lo que corresponde realizar al señor D. P. B., con DNI 41505816Q, un total de 63 horas de medida educativa o reparadora, incluido el trabajo comunitario o social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El interesado deberá contactar en un plazo de una semana desde la recepción de la presente notificación con Servicios Sociales del Ayuntamiento de Alaior para acordar la realización de la medida educativa o reparadora. En caso contrario, se continuará con la tramitación de la multa impuesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Lugar de contacto: Servicios Sociales del Ayuntamiento de Alaior, calle Santa Rita, núm. 20, teléfono 971 37 85 23.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;SEGUNDO. Dar de baja el recibo número 0010640174-81 del señor D. B. P., con DNI 41505816Q.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;TERCER. Notificar la presente Resolución al interesado, al Departamento de Recaudación y a Servicios Sociales del Ayuntamiento de Alaior.&amp;quot;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Todo ello de conformidad con lo establecido en los artículos 42.4 y 42.5 en relación con el artículo 44.2 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, según redacción dada por la Ley 4/1999, de 13 de enero, de modificación de la anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
