    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;EUJENIO TOJO VÁZQUEZ, SECRETARIO DEL JUZGADO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA NÚMERO SIETE DE PALMA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por el presente hago saber: Que en el JUICIOVERBAL 394/2012-C 3 instados por HEINEKEN ESPAÑA S. A., representada por el Procurador D. ALEJANDRO SILVESTRE BENEDICTO, contra BESEC SERVICIO PLAYA S. L., ha recaído sentencia cuya parte dispositiva es del tenor literal siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“FALLO&lt;/strong&gt;.- &lt;strong&gt;Que ESTIMANDO la demanda&lt;/strong&gt; interpuesta por la representación de HEINEKEN ESPAÑA S. A contra BESEC SERVICIO PLAYA S. L, rebelde procesal, DEBO CONDENAR Y CONDENO a la misma a abonar la cantidad de 2.503,26 euros, intereses legales moratorios desde demanda y expresa imposición de costas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Notifíquese la presente resolución a las partes con apercibimiento que contra la misma NO cabe recurso al tratarse de cuantia no superior a 3.000 euros (Art. 455.1 LEC tras nueva redacción dada por Ley 37/2011 de 10 de Octubre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Así por esta mi sentencia, que la pronuncio, mando y firmo”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Y ante la situación de constante rebeldía de la entidad demandada BESEC SERVICIO PLAYA S. L, y lo ignorado de su actual paradero en la causa, para que le sirva de notificación, en la forma prevista en el artículo 498 de la Ley de Enjuiciamiento Civil, expido el presente que firmo en Palma, a veintitrés de Septiembre de dos mil trece.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;]]</env:contingut>
