    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;No habiendo sido posible notificar a las personas interesadas las resoluciones y la apertura del plazo de alegaciones de los expedientes sancionadores que seguidamente se detallan, instruidos por el Departamento de Movilidad, Interior y Medio Ambiente del Consejo Insular de Eivissa por presunta infracción de las disposiciones reguladoras del Transporte Terrestre tipificadas en la Ley 16/1987 (BOE de 31/07/1987), en cumplimiento de lo que dispone el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, modificada por la Ley 4/1999, de 13 de enero, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, se procede a su notificación, haciendo constar que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En virtud de lo dispuesto en el artículo 22.3 de la Ley 8/2000, de 27 de octubre, de Consejos Insulares y el artículo 147.2 del Reglamento Orgánico del Consejo Insular de Eivissa , de 25 de septiembre de 2009, contra la presente Resolución – que no agota la vía administrativa – se podrá interponer recurso de alzada ante el Presidente del Consejo Insular en el plazo de un mes, de acuerdo con la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, en caso de no interponerlo, el acto será firme a todos los efectos (art. 115.1 de la Ley 30/1992).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
