    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La presente convocatoria, basada en los principios de publicidad, concurrencia, objetividad, igualdad y no discriminación, trasparencia, eficacia y eficiencia, tiene por objeto la concesión de las ayudas a las Entidades sin ánimo de lucro, para la realización y programación de actividades deportivas durante el ejercicio 2013, mediante la presentación de un proyecto de fomento que incluya las mismas, en régimen de concurrencia competitiva y en ejecución de lo dispuesto en la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Maó, publicada en el BOIB de fecha 20 de julio de 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En lo no previsto en la presente convocatoria será de aplicación la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones mencionada en el párrafo anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1.- PRESUPUESTO.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La presente convocatoria tendrá una consignación presupuestaria máxima de 23.500 euros, que podrá ser atendida con aplicación a la partida presupuestaria SG1 9120 48001 11 del Presupuesto Municipal del 2.013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2.- OBJETO, CONDICIONES, FINALIDAD DE LA SUBVENCIÓN Y OBLIGACIONES DE LOS BENEFICIARIOS.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El objeto y la finalidad de la presente convocatoria es subvencionar a Entidades&amp;nbsp; sin ánimo de lucro para la realización y programación de actividades&amp;nbsp; deportivas incluidas en un Proyecto de fomento de cualquier tipo de actividad deportiva a lo largo del 2.013, que intensifiquen la acción social del Municipio y que cumplan los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1.- Que sean de carácter (vecinal, social, cultural ó deportivo) y que promuevan la participación ciudadana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2.- Que tenga carácter abierto y se realicen fundamentalmente en el término municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3.- Que no estén incluidas en otros programas de financiación del Ayuntamiento de Maó&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4.- Que se realicen durante al año 2.013 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;seran subvencionables las actividades o eventos deportivos que se desarrollen o se promuevan en los siguientes ámbitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;a) Escuelas de iniciación deportiva&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;b) Escuelas deportivas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;c) Deporte juvenil y señor&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;d) Deporte de tiempo libre &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;e) Eventos populares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;f) Eventos especiales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;g) Deportes autóctonos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;h) Deporte para personas discapacitadas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;i) Eventos institucionales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;j) Aportación de instalaciones deportivas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;k) Mantenimento y gestión de instalaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Serán obligaciones de los beneficiarios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;a) Cumplir el objetivo, ejecutar el proyecto, realizar la actividad o adoptar el comportamiento que fundamenta la concesión de las subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;b) Justificar ante el órgano concedente el cumplimiento de los requisitos y condiciones, así como la realización de las actividades del proyecto y el cumplimiento de la finalidad que determinen la concesión o disfrute de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;c) Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación, a efectuar por el órgano concedente así como cualesquiera otras de comprobación y control financiero que puedan realizar los órganos de control competentes, aportando cuanta información le sea requerida en el ejercicio de las actuaciones anteriores que no obre en los archivos municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;d) Comunicar al órgano concedente la obtención de otras subvenciones, ayudas, ingresos o recursos que financien las actividades subvencionadas. Esta comunicación deberá efectuarse tan pronto como se conozca y, en todo caso, con anterioridad a la justificación de la aplicación dada a los fondos percibidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;e) Acreditar con anterioridad a dictarse la propuesta de resolución de concesión, que se halla al corriente en el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones tributarias y frente a la Seguridad Social, salvo que haya autorizado al Ayuntamiento de Maó su comprobación. El cumplimiento de hallarse al corriente en el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones tributarias con el Ayuntamiento de Maó se efectuará de oficio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;f) Llevar un régimen de contabilidad que permita en todo momento conocer la realidad económica de la entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;g) Conservar los documentos justificativos de la aplicación de los fondos recibidos, incluidos los documentos electrónicos, en tanto puedan ser objeto de las actuaciones de comprobación y control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;h) Dar la adecuada publicidad a actividades que sean objeto de subvención son financiadas por el Ayuntamiento Maó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;i) Proceder al reintegro de los fondos percibidos en los supuestos contemplados en esta convocatoria así como en los demás contemplados en la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3.- REQUISITOS PARA SOLICITAR LA SUBVENCIÓN Y FORMA DE ACREDITARLOS.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Podrán solicitar la subvención las entidades que, reuniendo los requisitos generales y no estando incursos en ninguna de las causas de prohibición establecidas en el artículo 10 de la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones, cumplan, además, los requisitos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3.1. Estar legalmente constituidos en la fecha de presentación de la solicitud e inscritos en el Registro que por su naturaleza jurídica les corresponda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3.2. Tener el domicilio social y fiscal en Maó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3.3. Estar al corriente en el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones fiscales y de Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3.4.No hallarse incurso en ninguna de las causas de prohibición establecidas en la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Maó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La forma de justificar el cumplimiento de reunir los citados requisitos y de no estar en incursos en ninguna causa de prohibición se efectuará mediante la presentación de la documentación requerida en la cláusula 7ª de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;No será necesario justificar documentalmente aquellos extremos que ya obren en los archivos municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Cada entidad únicamente podrá presentarse a una convocatoria de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Maó durante el año natural, aunque su objeto ó proyecto sea distinto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4.- ÓRGANOS COMPETENTES PARA LA INSTRUCCIÓN Y RESOLUCIÓN DE LAS SUBVENCIONES.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El órgano competente para la instrucción del procedimiento de subvenciones será la Alcaldia, que realizará de oficio cuantas actuaciones estime necesarias para la determinación, conocimiento y comprobación de los datos en virtud de los cuales deba formularse la propuesta de resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La propuesta de resolución será formulada por el órgano instructor a la vista del expediente y del Informe-propuesta de la Comisión de Valoración y trasladada al órgano competente para resolver.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La resolución del procedimiento para la concesión de subvenciones corresponderá a la (Alcaldía ó Junta de Gobierno).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La Comisión de Valoración estará integrada por los siguientes miembros:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Presidente: El concejal de deportes ó persona en quien delegue&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Vocal 1: Joan Florit ó persona en quien delegue&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Vocal 2: Angel Salmeron o persona en quien delegue&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Vocal 3: Ramon Saura o persona en quien delegue&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Secretario: Elena Camps ó persona en quien delegue&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El presidente de la Comisión de Valoración podrá invitar a cualquier otro miembro de la Corporación para que asista a estas sesiones, con voz y sin voto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;5.- PLAZO Y LUGAR DE PRESENTACIÓN DE SOLICITUDES.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las solicitudes de los interesados deberán formularse mediante instancia firmada por el solicitante que deberá ajustarse al modelo normalizado que acompaña a la presente convocatoria como anexo (I ó II)&amp;nbsp; (y III en su caso).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes será de un mes contado a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación de la presente convocatoria en el BOIB. A las solicitudes se acompañarán los documentos e informaciones a los que hace referencia la base séptima de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes será improrrogable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Si la solicitud no reúne los requisitos establecidos en la convocatoria, se requerirá al interesado para que la subsane en el plazo máximo e improrrogable de diez días, indicándole que si no lo hiciese se le tendrá por desistido de su solicitud, previa resolución que deberá ser dictada en los términos previstos en el artículo 71 de la Ley de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las solicitudes podrán presentarse en la Oficina de Atención al Ciudadano &lt;/span&gt;(OAC)del Ayuntamiento de Maó, o en cualquiera de los previstos en el artículo 38 de la Ley de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;6.- PLAZO DE RESOLUCIÓN Y DE NOTIFICACIÓN.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El plazo máximo para resolver y notificar la resolución será de seis meses. El plazo se computará a partir de la publicación de la presente convocatoria en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Transcurrido dicho plazo sin que haya recaído resolución expresa, el solicitante podrá entender desestimada su solicitud, de acuerdo con lo previsto en el artículo 17 de la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;7.- DOCUMENTOS E INFORMACIONES QUE DEBEN ACOMPAÑARSE A LA SOLICITUD.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las solicitudes irán acompañadas de la siguiente documentación: (la documentacion debera ser original o copia que tengan carácter de auténtica conforme a la legislación vigente).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;a) La solicitud cumplimentada y ajustada al modelo que acompaña a la presente &lt;/span&gt;convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;b) Documentos acreditativos de la personalidad de la entidad solicitante (Estatutos y C.I.F.) y, en su caso, de la representación de quien actúa en su nombre (D.N.I.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;c) Relación, en su caso, de las solicitudes de subvención para el mismo objeto a otros organismos públicos o privados, detallando cantidad solicitada, nombre de las entidades y la cantidad concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;d) Certificación expedida por la Administración competente de encontrarse al corriente de las obligaciones fiscales y frente a la Seguridad Social, ó declaración de encontrarse al corriente de las mismas ó documento por el que se autorice al Ayuntamiento su comprobación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;e) Declaración responsable en la que se haga constar que el solicitante cumple los requisitos exigidos por la presente convocatoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;f) Declaración responsable en la que se haga constar que el solicitante no se halla incurso en ninguna causa de prohibición enumerada en el artículo 10 de la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;g) Declaración responsable en la que se haga constar que el solicitante se halla inscrito en el Registro que por su naturaleza jurídica le corresponde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Respecto a la documentación indicada en el apartado b), en lo que se refiere a los estatutos, no será necesaria dicha presentación si estos Estatutos ya han sido aportados con anterioridad y no han sufrido posterior modificación, siempre que se indique cuándo y con motivo de qué expediente o convocatoria se presentó, lo que se comprobará de oficio, y se declare, expresamente, que dichos Estatutos no han sufrido modificación desde dicha presentación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Si por lo tanto los documentos exigidos en el apartado b), ya estuvieran en poder del Ayuntamiento de Maó, podrán sustituirse por una declaración responsable en la que se indique la fecha y el órgano o dependencia en que fueron presentados o en su caso, emitidos, o en el que obran. Sin que en ningún caso hayan transcurrido más de cinco años desde la finalización del procedimiento al que correspondan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;No obstante lo dispuesto anteriormente, en los supuestos de imposibilidad material de obtener el documento por parte de este Ayuntamiento, se podrá requerir al solicitante su presentación, o en su defecto, la acreditación por otros medios de los requisitos a que se refiere el documento, con anterioridad a la formulación de la propuesta de resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;8.- CRITERIOS OBJETIVOS DE VALORACIÓN DE LAS SOLICITUDES.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En la valoración del Proyecto presentado y en la determinación de la cuantía de la ayuda, la Comisión de Valoración tendrá en cuenta los aspecto que a continuación se enumeran, a los que se asignará, sobre un total de 100, la puntuación que se indica:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1.- Interés, calidad, originalidad, multidisciplinariedad y dimensión- número de participantes, infraestructuras necesarias, etc- de las actividades del proyecto para el que se solicita ayuda y personas ó colectivos que se beneficiarán de las actividades subvencionada (hasta 30 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2.- Viabilidad económica del Proyecto (hasta 20 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3.- Incidencia de las actividades propuestas en el proyecto en la dinamización (vecinal, social, cultural ó deportiva) (hasta 25 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4.- Consolidación, cualificación e importancia (Vecinal, social, cultural ó deportiva) de la entidad (hasta 25 puntos): Tiempo de funcionamiento, continuidad, antigüedad y contenido de sus diferentes actividades (Anexo I )&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Los proyectos que no alcancen una puntuación de al menos 35 puntos no tendrán derecho a subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La subvención a otorgar se calculará dividiendo la consignación presupuestaria máxima, establecida en el punto 1.- de la presenta convocatoria, por el número total de puntos obtenidos por los solicitantes con derecho a subvención conforme al párrafo anterior, siendo el importe resultante la subvención asignada a cada punto. De manera que cada solicitante recibirá el importe correspondiente a esa cantidad multiplicada por el número de puntos obtenidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;9.- MEDIO DE NOTIFICACIÓN O PUBLICACIÓN.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La resolución de concesión, que pondrá fin a la vía administrativa, será notificada a los solicitantes de conformidad con lo prescrito en los artículos 58 y 59 de la Ley 30/1.992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La resolución de concesión será publicada en el BOIB, con expresión de la convocatoria, el programa y crédito presupuestario al que se impute, beneficiario, cantidad concedida y finalidad de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;10.- GASTOS SUBVENCIONABLES.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Serán gastos objetos de subvención, aquellos gastos que respondan a la naturaleza de la actividad subvencionada. En ningún caso el coste de adquisición de los gastos subvencionables podrá ser superior al valor de mercado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Los conceptos de gastos que se podrán financiar se detallan a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Gastos derivados de la organización de eventos, programas, campionatos, torneo, campus, actuaciones, actividades deportivas diversas y actividades de formación de las entidades solicitantes de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Ropa y equipamiento específico para el desarrollo de la actividad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Material fungible o inventariable específico para el desarrollo de la actividad o para las actividades regulares de la entidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Gastos de personal: mantenimiento de instalaciones, técnicos deportivos, seguridad, administración, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Trofeos y distinciones de las personas participantes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Gastos de desplazamientos, alojamiento y manutención de las personas que hayan participado en la actividad deportiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Mantenimiento de las instalaciones deportivas: personal, luz, agua, limpieza, combustible, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Gastos derivados de la atención sanitaria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Gastos derivados de la contratación de seguros para la actividad o evento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En ningún caso serán subvencionabl&lt;u&gt;es&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Gastos federativos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Pago de tributos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Los intereses deudores de cuentas bancarias, los recargos y las sanciones administrativas y penales o los intereses de aplicación de la mora en los pagos y los gastos de procedimientos judiciales derivados y/o relacionados con la actividad o el proyecto subvencionado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Sanciones federativas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Inversiones o mejoras de los inmuebles y de las instalaciones en las cuales se haya de desarrollar la actividad a subvencionar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;11.- SUBCONTRATACIÓN.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las actividades objeto de subvención no podrán ser objeto de subcontratación en los términos del artículo 30 de la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones&lt;em&gt;. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;12.- FINANCIACIÓN DE LAS ACTIVIDADES SUBVENCIONADAS.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En aquellos supuestos en que el déficit real ó los gastos reales sean inferiores a los presupuestados al efectuar la solicitud y según los cuales se determinó inicialmente la cuantía de la subvención, se tendrá en cuenta dicha circunstancia a fin de reducir proporcionalmente la cuantía a abonar finalmente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;13.- COMPATIBILIDAD E INCOMPATIBILIDAD DE LA ACTIVIDAD SUBVENCIONADA.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La subvención de esta convocatoria será compatible con la percepción de otras subvenciones &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;para la misma finalidad procedentes de cualesquier otra Administración, Entidad o persona. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En ningún caso el importe de la subvención obtenida por la entidad podrá ser de tal cuantía que supere el coste de la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;14.- PAGO.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Con el fin de facilitar a las entidades adjudicatarias la realización de las actividades propuestas, y en el caso de que se trate de una entidad que ha obtenido subvención municipal los dos años anteriores, de conformidad con el artículo 33 de la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones, se efectuará mediante la correspondiente resolución un primer pago del 50%&amp;nbsp; del importe de la subvención en el momento en que se resuelva la convocatoria. Y una vez ya se haya realizado y se hayan justificado del modo general establecido en la cláusula 15 de este pliego, se procederá al pago del 50 % restante. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;No podrá realizarse el pago de la subvención en tanto el beneficiario no se halle al corriente en el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones tributarias y frente a la Seguridad Social o sea deudor por resolución de procedencia de reintegro. En tal caso, el Ayuntamiento podrá de&amp;nbsp; oficio proceder a saldar previamente las deudas pendientes de cobro de los beneficiarios de las subvenciones mediante compensación de dichas subvenciones, ó parte de éstas, con las cantidades adeudadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;15.- JUSTIFICACIÓN.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La justificación del cumplimiento de las condiciones impuestas y de la consecución de los objetivos previstos en el acto de la concesión de la subvención revestirá la forma de rendición de cuenta justificativa del gasto realizado, que consiste en la justificación de todos los gastos realizados con motivo de las actividades subvencionadas en que consiste el proyecto( no únicamente hasta alcanzar la cuantía de la subvención), bajo la responsabilidad del declarante, mediante los justificantes directos del mismo. Se tratará de facturas y demás documentos de valor probatorio equivalente, con validez en el tráfico jurídico o con eficacia administrativa, que permitan acreditar el cumplimiento del objeto de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La cuenta justificativa estará formada por los documentos que a continuación se indican:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;a) Memoria de actuación justificativa de la realización de las actividades del proyecto objeto de subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;b) Relación clasificada de los gastos e inversiones de las actividades objeto del proyecto, con identificación del acreedor y del documento, su importe, fecha de emisión y en su caso fecha del pago&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;c) Detalle de otros ingresos ó subvenciones que hayan financiado las actividades objeto del proyecto (indicando importe y procedencia)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;d) En su caso carta de pago del reintegro en el supuesto de remanentes no aplicados así como de los intereses derivados de los mismos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;A través de la técnica del muestreo se solicitarán los justificantes de los gastos que se estimen oportunos y que permitan la comprobación de la adecuada aplicación de la subvención &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El plazo de justificación de la subvención concedida y por tanto de la presentación de la&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;documentación justificativa será de 3 meses a partir de la realización del proyecto subvencionado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En ningún caso las subvenciones de carácter público pueden suponer lucro, la obtención concurrente de otras subvenciones para actividades o fines concretos podrá determinar la reducción de la subvención municipal o el reintegro de su importe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Toda alteración de las condiciones tenidas en cuenta para la concesión de la subvención, y, en todo caso, la obtención concurrente de subvenciones o ayudas otorgadas por otras administraciones, personas o entes públicos o privados no notificadas con anterioridad, podrá dar lugar a la modificación de la Resolución de concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Asimismo, se reducirá la subvención cuando los gastos justificados hayan sido inferiores a los subvencionados o se hayan obtenido más ingresos que los previstos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Teniendo en cuenta que el importe de las subvenciones no podrá ser en ningún caso de tal cuantía que aislada o conjuntamente con subvenciones u otros ingresos del propio Ayuntamiento, de otras administraciones públicas, de otros entes públicos o privados o de particulares, nacionales o internacionales, supere el coste de la actividad a desarrollar por el beneficiario, este procederá al reintegro de las cantidades que correspondan de conformidad con lo establecido en la Ley 38/2003 de 17 de noviembre General de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Procederá el reintegro total o parcial de las cantidades percibidas y la exigencia del interés de demora desde el momento del pago de la subvención, en los siguientes supuestos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;a) Incumplimiento de la finalidad para la que la subvención fue concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;b) Obtención de la subvención sin reunir las condiciones requeridas para ello por causas imputables al beneficiario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;c) Incumplimiento de la obligación de justificar el destino de los fondos percibidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;d) Concurrencia de subvenciones, salvo compatibilidad de las mismas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;e) Superación del límite del coste de la actividad subvencionada obtenido por el beneficiario a través de subvenciones compatibles, y por la cuantía del exceso sobre dicho límite.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;f) Modificación o incumplimiento de las condiciones tenidas en cuenta para la concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;g) Obstrucción o negativa en la obligación de sometimiento a las actuaciones de comprobación citadas en la presente base.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La resolución del reintegro de la subvención será adoptada por el órgano concedente, previa instrucción de expediente con arreglo a la legislación general aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las cantidades a reintegrar, tendrán la consideración de ingresos de derecho público, y será de aplicación para su cobranza los dispuesto en la normativa vigente de recaudación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Como consecuencia de circunstancias no previstas, podrá introducirse modificaciones en el proyecto, que previa valoración por el Servicio Municipal correspondiente, deberán ser aprobados por el órgano competente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;16.- PUBLICIDAD DEL CARÁCTER PÚBLICO DE LA FINANCIACIÓN DE LA ACTIVIDAD.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El beneficiario de la subvención está obligado a dar la adecuada publicidad de que los programas, actividades, inversiones o actuaciones objeto de subvención son financiadas por el Ayuntamiento de Maó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;17.- RÉGIMEN DE RECURSOS.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Contra la presente convocatoria, sus bases y las resoluciones administrativas que se adopten en ejecución de las mismas podrán interponerse, potestativamente, los siguientes recursos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Recurso de Reposición ante el mismo órgano municipal autor del acto administrativo en el plazo de un mes a partir del día siguiente de la notificación o, en su caso, publicación del acto que se recurra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Recurso Contencioso-Administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso Administrativo de las Islas Baleares en el plazo de dos meses.
