Sr. Presidente del Consejo Insular de Menorca mediante Decreto de presidencia nº 2013/144, de 23 de setiembre, ha resuelto lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" lang="es-ES" style="font-weight: normal; widows: 2; orphans: 2"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;b&gt;PRIMERO. &lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;Mantener al Sr. Bartomeu Martí Fernández como director insular de Movilidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" lang="es-ES" style="font-weight: normal; widows: 2; orphans: 2"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;b&gt;SEGUNDO.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt; Cesar al Sr. Benito Juan Mascaró Sintes en el cargo de director insular de Proyectos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" lang="es-ES" style="font-weight: normal; widows: 2; orphans: 2"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;b&gt;TERCERO.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt; Nombrar al Sr. Benito Juan Mascaró Sintes como director insular de Transportes y Proyectos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" lang="es-ES" style="font-weight: normal; widows: 2; orphans: 2"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;b&gt;CUARTO.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt; Notificar este decreto a las persones interesadas y disponer su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears para su entrada en vigor desde el mismo día de su publicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" lang="es-ES" style="font-weight: normal; widows: 2; orphans: 2"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;b&gt;QUINTO.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt; Dar cuenta al Pleno en la primera sesión que se celebre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
