    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Notificación de Resoluciones de sanción por infracción en el orden social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Iniciado el proceso de notificación al sujeto responsable mediante carta certificada con acuse de recibo y no habiendo podido ser llevado a efecto, se publica en la tabla adjunta relación de interesados, a tenor de lo previsto en el apartado 5 del artº 59 de la Ley 30/92 de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de 26 de noviembre de 1992.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Los expedientes se encuentran a disposición de los interesados en la sede de su oficina de prestaciones de este Servicio Público de Empleo Estatal, donde se les hará entrega de la copia literal de la Resolución, cuya referencia se expresa en la tabla adjunta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra la Comunicación podrá interponer alegaciones, en el plazo de quince días hábiles contados desde el siguiente al de la presente publicación, ante el/la responsable de la Oficina; en el caso de Resolución podrá interponer Reclamación Previa a la vía jurisdicción social, en el plazo de treinta días hábiles contados desde el siguiente al de la presente publicación, ante la Dirección Provincial de éste Organismo, sita en la calle Gremio Zapateros, 39 de Palma. Una vez transcurrido dicho plazo, se proseguirá la tramitación reglamentaria del expediente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Según lo dispuesto en el artº 61 de la Ley 30/1992, se publica únicamente una breve indicación del contenido del expediente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
