    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Intentada, sin efecto, las notificaciones de disciplina urbanística efectuadas en el domicilio de notificaciones, y atendido que no se ha podido practicar por ignorarse en el domicilio o no haberse encontrado las personas interesadas que se relacionan, se procede, en cumplimiento de lo que establece el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992 de 26 de noviembre de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común – BOE DE 27 DE NOVIEMBRE-, a la Publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares de la presente notificación por la cual se informa de la propuesta de resolución recaída en el expediente de protección de la legalidad urbanística número 01/13.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Según lo dispuesto en el art. 61 de la Ley 30/92, se publica únicamente una breve indicación del contenido de la resolución, y que está en las dependencias del Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep de sa Talaia, Pere Escanellas 12-16, 07830 Sant Josep de sa Talaia, departamento de Urbanismo, donde &amp;nbsp;el interesado o la persona representante, debidamente acreditada, podrá comparecer, en el plazo de diez días, contados desde el día siguiente a la publicación del presente edicto en el Boletín Oficial de les Illes Balears, para su conocimiento íntegro del mencionado acto y constancia de tal conocimiento, en horario de 8.30 h a 14.30 h, de lunes a viernes, excepto festivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Así mismo, se advierte a los interesados que, de no comparecer en el mencionado plazo, la notificación se entenderá producida a todos los efectos legales desde el día siguiente al vencimiento del plazo señalado para comparecer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
