    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Debido a que no ha sido posible la notificación de los trámites de audiencia a las personas físicas o jurídicas interesadas&lt;strong&gt;,&lt;/strong&gt; de acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, mediante este anuncio se notifica lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Realizada la visita de comprobación por parte del Servicio de Inspección y Estrategia Turística de esta conselleria, los establecimientos que se indican a continuación no cumplen con el artículo 22 del decreto 13/2011 de 25 de febrero, que obliga a comunicar cualquier modificación de los datos correspondientes al explotador, nombre comercial, capacidad, o propietario de los establecimientos de restauración a la conselleria de Turisme i Esports, mediante la presentación de una comunicación previa debidamente formalizada (modelo establecido en el anexo 2 del Decreto 13/2011), junto con el justificante de pago de las tasas correspondientes (modelo 046). Los establecimientos de referencia son los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;D&lt;/span&gt;e acuerdo con lo que prevé el artículo 84 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de les administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, dispone de un plazo de 15 días de trámite de audiencia desde el día siguiente al de la recepción de este escrito, para presentar lo que os solicitemos o para alegar aquello que considere oportuno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;En caso contrario, y de acuerdo con lo establecido en los artículos 22 y 23 del Decreto 13/2011, de 25 de febrero, se suspenderá la actividad y se dictará resolución de cancelación de la inscripción. La falta de comunicación a la Conselleria de Turisme y Esports, del cambio de titularidad en la propiedad o en la explotación del establecimiento, está tipificada en el artículo 105 de la Ley 8/2012, de 19 de julio, del turismo de las Illes Balears, como falta grave, y podrá ser sancionada con multa de 4.001 a 40.000 euros de acuerdo con el artículo 109 del mismo cuerpo legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
