    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El Sr. &lt;span style="color: windowtext"&gt;Alcalde&lt;/span&gt;-Presidente de este Ayuntamiento, con fecha 5 de septiembre de 2013 dictó la siguiente resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;DECRETO DE ALCALDIA NÚM. 575 &lt;/strong&gt;de fecha 5 de septiembre de 2013. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Esta Alcaldía tiene atribuida por ley la facultad de delegar determinadas atribuciones, conforme al artículo 46 del Reglamento Orgánico Municipal y el artículo 21.3 de la Ley 7/85 de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local, modificada por Ley 11/99, de 21 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local y el artículo 25 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por motivos de conveniencia, agilidad y mejora de los servicios es aconsejable modificar delegaciones del área de Alcaldía ya existentes y crear nuevas delegaciones, siendo las áreas afectadas las siguientes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;• DELEGACIÓN DE PARTICIPACIÓN CIUDADANA &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;• DELEGACIÓN AGENDA LOCAL 21 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;• DELEGACIÓN EDUCACIÓN &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;• DELEGACIÓN AGENDA LOCAL JOVEN &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;• DELEGACIÓN FOMENTO DE RECICLAJE Y REUTILIZACIÓN &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En consecuencia, vistos de entre otros, los artículos 46 del Reglamento Orgánico Municipal, 21.3 de la LBRL y 43, 44, 120, 121 y 122 del ROF, por la presente he resuelto: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.&lt;/strong&gt;- Nombrar a ANTONIA SERVERA &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;• DELEGACIÓN DE PARTICIPACIÓN CIUDADANA &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;• DELEGACIÓN AGENDA LOCAL 21 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;• DELEGACIÓN AGENDA LOCAL JOVEN &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;• DELEGACIÓN FOMENTO DE RECICLAJE Y REUTILIZACIÓN &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Sus atribuciones serán las propias de estas áreas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.&lt;/strong&gt;- La ALCALDÍA se reserva también la siguiente atribución: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;• Educación &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De la presente Resolución se dará conocimiento al Pleno en la primera sesión que celebre, notificando se, además, personalmente al designado, y se publicará en el BOIB, sin perjuicio de su efectividad desde el día siguiente al de la presente resolución, conforme se indica en el artículo 52.4 del RD 2568/1986. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
