&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;A N U N C I O:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;En el presente procedimiento JUICIO ORDINARIO 258/12 seguido a instancia de ORADO INVESTMENTS, S.A.R.L. frente a JOSE EUGENIO SEGURA SENDA, se ha dictado sentencia, cuyo tenor literal es el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;“Vistos por Dª. Mª Isabel Frade Hevia, Magistrada-Juez del Juzgado de Primera Instancia número cuatro de Palma de Mallorca y su partido, los presentes autos de juicio ordinario seguidos ante este Juzgado bajo el número 258/2.012, a instancia de &lt;strong&gt;ORADO INVESTMENTS, S.A.R.L.&lt;/strong&gt; representada por el Procurador/a Sr./a COMPANY-CHACOPINO ALEMANY y defendida por el/a Letrado/a Sr./a HERNÁNDEZ MARTÍNEZ contra D. JOSÉ EUGENIO SEGURA SENDA, en situación de rebeldía procesal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;h4 style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;FALLO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h4&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Estimo parcialmente la demanda presentada por ORADO INVESTMENTS, S.A.R.L. contra D. JOSÉ EUGENIO SEGURA, condenando a este último a que abone a la actora la cantidad de &lt;strong&gt;9.016,86 euros&lt;/strong&gt;, más los intereses de legales desde la fecha de interposición de la demanda hasta su completo pago, sin imposición de costas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Modo de impugnación: &lt;/strong&gt;mediante recurso de &lt;strong&gt;APELACIÓN &lt;/strong&gt;que se interpondrá por medio de escrito presentado ante este juzgado en el plazo de VEINTE DIAS hábiles, contados desde el siguiente al de la notificación de la presente resolución. Es requisito para su admisibilidad la constitución de un único depósito de 50 euros, tal y como exige la Disposición Adicional Decimoquinta de la LOPJ (BOE 04/11/09), que deberá ingresarse en la cuenta de depósito y consignaciones de este Juzgado indicando que se hace concepto de “recurso”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Así lo pronuncio, mando y firmo.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Y encontrándose dicho demandado, JOSE EUGENIO SEGURA SENDA, en paradero desconocido, se expide el presente a fin de que sirva de notificación en forma al mismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;PALMA DE MALLORCA, a veinticuatro de Julio de dos mil trece.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
