    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por ignorarse el domicilio o no haberse podi­do localizar a los destinatarios, se notifica por este Edicto a las personas que se relacionan a continuación, en virtud de lo dispuesto en el artículo 59.4, de la Ley 4/1999 de modificación de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento admi­nistrativo común, que se les ha iniciado expediente sancionador por presunta infracción a la normativa sanitaria, por Acuerdo del Director General de Salud Pública y Consumo, en virtud de lo dispuesto en el&amp;nbsp; Decreto 10/2001, de 27 de diciembre y, Decreto 14/2002, de 1 de febrero de la C.A.I.B. En el ci­tado acuerdo ha sido nombrado instructor el&amp;nbsp; funcionario abajo designado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El expediente se halla a su disposición en la Sección de Sanciones de la Consejería de Salud, plaza de España, 9 – 07002 Palma significándoles que dispone de un plazo de 15 días hábiles para alegar cuanto consideren conveniente a su defensa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
