    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Intentada sin efecto la notificación del Decreto adoptado por el regidor delegado de Urbanismo al interesado/s que se relaciona/n, y al no haberse podido practicar dicha notificación, se procede, en cumplimiento de lo establecido en el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, en concordancia con el artículo 61, de la misma, a la publicación en el boletín de esta Comunidad Autónoma de este anuncio,&amp;nbsp; mediante el&amp;nbsp; cual se pone en conocimiento de los interesados el Decreto Núm.1476 de24/06/2013 &lt;/span&gt;, así como los &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;siguientes extremos relativos a la misma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Expte Núm.&lt;/strong&gt;: 000003/2013-IU&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Fecha iniciación del expediente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Asunto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; Realizar obres que no se ajustan a la licencia.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Ejecución de una estructura de madera incluyendo el forjado como la cubierta, de unos 12 m2 aproximadamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- La aportación de escombros aumentando el nivel de terreno natural en unos 40m2 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Reconstrucción de una pérgola de estructura metálica de unos 6m2 aproximadamente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Reparación de terraza de hormigón estampado, situado frente la vivienda de unos 12m2 aproximadamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Ejecución de un aljibe enterrado de unos 11 m2 aproximadamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Ejecución de una solera de hormigón estampado, en la entrada de la vivienda de unos 9 m2 aproximadamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Realización de cierre con muro de bloque de hormigón y madera de unos 7 m lineales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Abertura en la fachada lateral de unos 9,90 m2 aproximadamente, así como aumentar la altura de la base unos 50 cm.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- La ejecución de una caseta de obra, bloque de hormigón con la correspondiente cubierta de unos 1,2 m3 aproximadamente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Emplazamiento: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;
