    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Que en&amp;nbsp; virtud de lo acordado en los autos de referencia, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 156.4 y 164 de la Ley 1/2000, de Enjuiciamiento Civil, por el presente se notifica a HASAN KAMRUL la SENTENCIA DE FECHA 27/10/10 y EL AUTO RECTIFICATORIO DE LA MISMA, DE FECHA 09/10/12, cuyo del tenor siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SENTENCIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En Inca, a 27 de octubre de 2010&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;LAURA MESTRES ESTRUCH, Juez del Juzgado de Instrucción nº 3 de Inca ha visto y oído en juicio oral y público, constituido en tribunal unipersonal, los presentes autos de juicio verbal de faltas seguidos ante este juzgado bajo el número arriba indicado y tramitados por las normas de la LECrim, sobre el procedimiento para el juicio de faltas inmediato, en los que han intervenido como partes denunciantes KAMRUL HASAN, y denunciado MD SHAJAHAN, así como la representación del Ministerio Fiscal,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;FALLO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Que debo CONDENAR y CONDENO a: Margarita Ballester Pol, como autor de una falta de lesiones del art. 617.1 del CP, a la pena de 1 mes de multa a razón de 4 € diarios, con la responsabilidad personal subsidiaria de un día de arresto por cada dos cuotas de multa impagada conforme al art. 53 del CP, que indemnice a KAMRUL HASAN en la cantidad de 200 € y costas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La presente resolución, fue dictada de forma oral declarándose su firmeza en el acto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Así por esta mi sentencia, la pronuncio y firmo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;AUTO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En Inca, a 9 de octubre de dos mil doce&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PARTE DISPOSITIVA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se acuerda la rectificación de la resolución de fecha 27/10/10 en el sentido siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el Fundamento de derecho tercero donde dice “Dña. Margarita Ballester Pol”, debe decir “D. MD Shajahan”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el Fallo donde dice “Que debo condenar y condeno a: Margarita Ballester Pol” debe decir “Que debo condenar y condeno a: MD Shajahan”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En INCA a 17 de Junio de 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
