    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se hace público que en fecha de 9 de septiembre de 2013 del Consejo Ejecutivo del Consell Insular de Ibiza aprobó por unanimidad la siguiente propuesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“4. Propuesta del consejero ejecutivo del departamento de Deportes y Juventud en el Consejo Ejecutivo para la aprobación de las bases de ayudas económicas a las delegaciones federativas de Ibiza / federaciones de las Islas Baleares, para el mantenimiento de programas de seguimiento deportivo en la isla de Ibiza para el año 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Habiendose presentado la siguiente propuesta con el informe favorable de la Comisión Técnica de Secretarios de esta corporación de fecha 5 de septiembre de 2013:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Visto el expediente incoado en fecha 19 de julio de 2013 para la aprobación de la convocatoria y las bases de ayudas económicas a las delegaciones federativas de Ibiza / federaciones de las Islas Baleares, para mantenimiento de programas de seguimiento deportivo en la isla de Ibiza para el año 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Visto que las mencionadas bases han sido informadas favorablemente por la letrada en 30 de agosto de 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Visto el informe propuesta de fecha 30 de agosto de 2013 emitido por el técnico superior de deportes con el visto y conforme de la Secretaria técnica del Area de presidencia (DP 201300297 23/08/2013) del siguiente tenor literal:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;“Atendida la providencia de inicio del expediente de fecha 19/07/2013 para que se realicen los trámites administrativos necesarios para la formalización de las bases de referencia, se informa:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La Ley 14/2006 de 17 de octubre, del deporte de las Islas Baleares ya en su exposición de motivos destaca que “el deporte, entendido como la expresión de la actividad física, reglada o no, es un bien para la sociedad y hay que tener cura, potenciarlo y posibilitar que toda la ciudadania de las Islas tenga opciones de practicarlo, de forma individual o formando parte de las diferentes y necesarias organizaciones deportivas que lo gestionan y que son igualmente valoradas y necesarias en la sociedad.”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Así mismo, en su artículo 3 dice que “la actividad física y el deporte son funciones sociales que contribuyen al desarrollo y a la formación integral de las personas y a la mejora de su calidad de vida.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En su artículo 11.k establece que una de las competencias de los consejos insulares es: “Establecer la programación y el desarrollo de los sistemas de iniciación tecnicodeportiva de los y de las deportistas y los controles médicos y científicos correspondientes.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En el año 2004 el Consell de Ibiza junto con la Escuela Balear del Deporte iniciaron un programa de centros de seguimiento deportivo con las delegaciones federativas ibicencas que hasta ahora han conseguido mejorar sobre manera el nivel técnico de los deportistas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Este programa es necesario y se tiene que mantener ja que ha demostrado que el nivel deportivo o competitivo mejora sobremanera y consiguen deportistas de máximo nivel nacional. Deportistas de nivel nacional e internacional como Javier Morillo de tiro con arco o Irene Colomar de karate han salido de estos programas de seguimiento deportivo.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En el año 2012, se realizó una convocatoria de ayudas para nuevos programas de tecnificación federativos. Fueron elegidos los programas de las federaciones de judo, karate, natación, tenis mesa, bádminton, piragüismo, lucha olímpica, atletismo y tiro con arco.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Para conseguir resultados se tiene que trabajar a medio y largo plazo y por tanto se tienen que mantener las ayudas a estas federaciones para que puedan realizar su trabajo con estabilidad y seguridad económica y organizativa.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Por todo esto, el Consell de Ibiza, mediante su Departamento de Deportes y Juventud, tiene que ayudar económicamente el mantenimiento de estos programas de seguimiento.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Los Departamentos de Deportes y Juventud dentro de su plan estratégico de subvenciones 2013 aprovado en fecha 23 de enero de 2013 y modificado por resolución del consejero de Economia y Hacienda de fecha 22 de agosto de 2013 contempla este programa de ayudas (BOIB núm 120 de 29/08/2013).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Por lo cual, se informa favorablemente las bases para la concesión de ayudas para el mantenimiento de programas de seguimiento deportivo en la Isla de Ibiza para el año 2013.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Siendo competente para la aprobación de estas bases el Consejo Ejecutivo de acuerdo con lo previsto en el punto primero e) en relación al punto segundo d) del Decreto de Presidencia de fecha 4 de julio de 2011 de determinación de las atribuciones correspondientes a los diferentes órganos del Consell de Ibiza (Boib núm. 104 de 07/07/2011) y de conformidad con todo lo anterior, el técnico que subscribe&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Propone:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Primero.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Aprobar las “Bases de ayudas económicas a las delegaciones federativas de Ibiza / federaciones de las Islas Baleares, para el mantenimiento de programas de seguimiento deportivo en la isla de Ibiza para el año 2013” que se adjuntan, con un presupuesto de 30.000 euros, de la partida 23 3410 48900, del ejercicio presupuestario del año 2013.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Segundo&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;.- Aprobar simultaneamente la convocatoria correspondiente al año 2013, que se regiran por las bases a que se han hecho referencia en el punto anterior.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Tercero&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;.- Publicar en el BOIB las bases que han de regir la mencionada convocatoria y exponerla en el tablón de edictos del Consell Insular de Ibiza.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Atendido el informe de intervención de existencia de fondos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En virtut de las facultades que tengo atribuidas por Decreto de Presidencia de determinación de las atribuciones correspondientes a los diferentes órganos del Consell insular de Ibiza en fecha 4 de julio de 2013, el conseller que subscribe eleva al consejo ejecutivo del Consell de Ibiza, la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;PROPUESTA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt;- Aprobar las “Bases de ayudas económicas a las delegaciones federativas de Ibiza / federaciones de las Islas Baleares, para el mantenimiento de programas de seguimiento deportivo en la isla de Ibiza para el año 2013” que se adjuntan, con un presupuesto de 30.000 euros, de la partida 23 3410 48900, del ejercicio presupuestario del año 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;/strong&gt;.- Aprobar simultaneamente la convocatoria correspondiente al año 2013, que se regiran por las bases a que se han hecho referencia en el punto anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero&lt;/strong&gt;.- Publicar en el BOIB las bases que han de regir la mencionada convocatoria y exponerla en el tablón de edictos del Consell Insular de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;ANEXO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bases de ayudas económicas a las delegaciones federativas de Ibiza/federaciones de las Islas Baleares, por mantenimiento de programas de seguimiento deportivo en la isla de Ibiza para el año 2013.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1- Justificación &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La importancia del deporte fue recogida en el conjunto de principios rectores de la política social y económica de la Constitución Española, y en este sentido el artículo 43.3 establece que los poderes públicos fomentaran la educación física y el deporte, y facilitaran la adecuada utilización del ocio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por su parte, la Ley 14/2006, del 17 de octubre, del deporte de las Islas Baleares ya en su exposición de motivos destaca que “&lt;em&gt;El deporte, entendido como la expresión de la actividad física, reglada o no, es un bien para la sociedad y hay que cuidarlo, potenciarlo y posibilitar que toda la ciudadanía de las Islas tenga opciones de practicarlo, de forma individual o formando parte de las diferentes y necesarias organizaciones deportivas que lo gestionan y que son igualmente valoradas y necesarias en la sociedad.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Así mismo, su artículo 3 dice que &lt;em&gt;“La actividad física y el deporte son funciones sociales que contribuyen al desarrollo y a la formación integral de las personas y a la mejora de su calidad de vida”.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Y su artículo 11k, establece que una de las competencias de los consells insulares es: “Establecer la programación y el desarrollo de los sistemas de iniciación tecnicodeportiva de los&amp;nbsp; y de las deportistas y los seguimientos médicos y científicos correspondientes.”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El año 2004 el Consell de Ibiza juntamente con la Escuela Balear del Deporte iniciaron un programa de seguimiento deportivo con las delegaciones federativas ibicencas que hasta ahora has conseguido mejorar sobre manera el nivel técnico de los deportistas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El año 2012, se realizo una convocatoria de ayudas para el mantenimiento de programas de seguimiento deportivo en la isla de Ibiza. Fueron seleccionadas las siguientes federaciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Federación de judo de las islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Federación de karate de las islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Federación de natación de las islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Federación de tenis de mesa de las islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Federación de bádminton de las islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Federación de piragüismo de las islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Federación de lucha olímpica de las islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Federación de atletismo de las islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Federación de tiro con arco de las islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se quiere continuar con el mantenimiento de estos programas ya que para conseguir resultados deportivos es necesario trabajar a largo plazo y por tanto se ha de asegurar que las federaciones mencionadas puedan recibir ayudas económicas para continuar su labor de tecnificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.- Objeto.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2.1- El objeto de estas bases es regular la concesión de ayudas económicas dirigidas a federaciones deportivas de las Islas Baleares para el mantenimiento de programas de seguimiento deportivo en el año 2013 y que están supervisadas por el Departamento de Deportes y Juventud del Consell de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2.2.- Cada federación deportiva podrá presentar una única solicitud de ayuda económica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2.3.- No será necesario que la solicitud sea previa a la realización de la actividad para la cual se pide la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.- Consignación presupuestaria.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3.1.- El presupuesto máximo para esta convocatoria es de treinta mil euros (30.000 €) con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 3410.48900 del vigente presupuesto de la Corporación del ejercicio 2013, que se distribuirá de acuerdo con las bases de esta convocatoria, y que figura en el plan estratégico de subvenciones del Consell de Ibiza para el año 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.- Entidades beneficiarias.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4.1.- Podrán solicitar subvención únicamente las Federaciones de las Islas Baleares, directamente o a través de sus delegaciones en la isla de Ibiza, que realicen programas de seguimiento deportivo en el año 2013 y que estén supervisadas por el Departamento de Deportes y Juventud del Consell de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4.2.- Además, han de cumplir los requisitos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Estar registradas en el Registro de Federaciones Deportivas de las Islas Baleares, de conformidad con el artículo 52 de la Ley 14/2006, de 17 de octubre, del deporte balear y el artículo 1 del Decreto 333/2004 de 2 de abril por&amp;nbsp; cual se regulan las federaciones deportivas de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Estar al corriente en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones económicas con el Consell de Ibiza y de las otras obligaciones con la Agencia Estatal, y con la Seguridad Social que vengan impuestas por la normativa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- No incurrir en ninguna de las prohibiciones por ser beneficiario establecidas en el artículo 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, y al artículo 10 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones (de las Islas Baleares), aprobado por Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.- Régimen de las ayudas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5.1.- La concesión de la subvención se llevará a cabo mediante el régimen de concurrencia competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5.2.- Las ayudas no generan ningún derecho a la obtención de otras ayudas en ejercicios posteriores y no se pueden alegar como precedente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3.3.- Las ayudas concedidas por esta convocatoria son compatibles con otra ayuda, ingreso o recurso para la misma finalidad procedente de cualquier otra Administración, ente público p privado, nacional o de la Unión Europea o de organismos internacionales. En ningún caso, la suma total de las ayudas percibidas podrá ser superior al coste total de la actividad subvencionada. A tal efecto, el solicitante/beneficiario deberá comunicar al Consell Insular de Ibiza la solicitud u obtención de otras subvenciones para la misma finalidad. Esta comunicación se ha de efectuar en el plazo de 3 días hábiles desde la solicitud o la obtención de la subvención y, en&amp;nbsp; todo caso, antes de la justificación de la aplicación de los fondos percibidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.- Presentación de solicitudes: lugar y plazo.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;6.1.- Las solicitudes de subvención se formalizaran mediante instancia, según el modelo que figura como anexo I y de esta convocatoria, debidamente cumplimentado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;6.2.- Las solicitudes se dirigirán a la Presidencia del Consell de Ibiza y se presentaran el Registro General de la misma Institución (avenida España, núm. 49, planta baja, tel. 971-195900) o en cualquiera de las formas establecidas en el artículo 38 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;6.3.- El plazo para la presentación de las solicitudes será de 10 días naturales contados a partir del día siguiente de su publicación en el BOIB y se expondrá en el tablón de anuncios del Consell Insular de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7.- Solicitud y documentación necesaria.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;7.1.- Las solicitudes presentadas irán acompañadas de la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Informe del delegado/da federativo/va donde indique los resultados deportivos conseguidos por los/las deportistas que han integrado el correspondiente programa de seguimiento deportivo durante el año 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Memoria explicativa del programa de seguimiento deportivo a desarrollar durante el año 2013 para la cual se solicita subvención, según modelo normalizado que figura como anexo III de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Documento que acredite que la persona solicitante es representante legal de la entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Copia compulsada del documento nacional de identidad del/de la representante legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Copia compulsada de la tarjeta de identificación fiscal (CIF) de la entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Copia compulsada del documento acreditativo de la inscripción o declaración responsable de estar inscrito en el Registro de Federaciones Deportivas de las Islas Baleares, de conformidad con el artículo 52 de la Ley 14/2006, de 17 de octubre, del deporte balear y el artículo 1 del Decreto 333/2004 de 2 de abril por el cual se regulan las federaciones deportivas de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Copia compulsada de los estatutos debidamente legalizados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Presupuesto detallado de ingresos y gastos, según modelo normalizado que figura como anexo II de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Relación de deportistas integrantes en el programa de seguimiento deportivo durante el año 2013 y una previsión de los participantes en los programas de seguimiento del año 2014.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Declaración responsable firmada por el/la representante legal de la entidad de no estar sometido a ninguna de las circunstancias que determinen la imposibilidad de obtener la condición de entidad beneficiaria de las subvenciones públicas recogidas en el art. 13 de la ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, y en el artículo 10 del texto refundido de la ley de subvenciones (de las Islas Baleares, aprobado por Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, según modelo normalizado que figura como anexo IV de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Certificado de estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y de la Seguridad Social ante la Administración del Estado, o declaración responsable otorgada ante autoridad administrativa competente o notario público de estarlo. Se podrá autorizar al Consell Insular para conseguir esta documentación. Así como certificado de estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias o de otro tipo ante al Consell de Ibiza. En su caso, se puede autorizar al CONSELL DE IBIZA, para que pueda conseguir esta documentación, según modelo que figura como anexo IV.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Declaración responsable en la que se haga constar todas las subvenciones o las ayudas obtenidas o solicitadas para la misma finalidad de cualquier ente público o privado, si procede, o una declaración expresa de no haber solicitado ninguna, de acuerdo con el modelo que consta como anexo IV.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- El impreso TG-002 de solicitud de transferencia bancaria, expedido necesariamente a nombre de la entidad deportiva beneficiaria de la ayuda y sellado por la entidad bancaria (podréis encontrar este documento en el Departamento de Deportes y Juventud en la Tesorería del CONSELL DE IBIZA o en la página web de la institución: www.conselldeivissa.es).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;7.2.- Las entidades que hayan presentado en este Consell cualquiera de estos documentos en virtud de anteriores convocatorias de subvenciones solo deberán aportar la documentación que sea necesaria actualizar o renovar, siempre que no hayan transcurrido más de cinco años desde que la documentación fue presentada y se indique la fecha y el órgano ante el cual fue presentado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;7.3.- El Consell de Ibiza puede solicitar, además, toda la documentación complementaria que considere necesaria para evaluar correctamente la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;7.4.- Si la instancia o documentación presentadas fuesen incorrectas o incompletas, el Consell de Ibiza requerirá su rectificación o los complementos&amp;nbsp; necesarios, que deberán aportarse el&amp;nbsp; plazo de diez días hábiles, a partir del correspondiente requerimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Si en este plazo las personas interesadas no hacen la rectificación reclamada o no presentan la documentación requerida, el Consell de Ibiza considerará que desisten de su petición, después de haber tomado la resolución pertinente, de acuerdo con el art. 71.1 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8.- Instrucción, resolución y notificación.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;8.1.- El Departamento de Deportes y Juventud del Consell de Ibiza será el competente para instruir el procedimiento de tramitación de solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;8.2.- Se crea una comisión evaluadora a la cual corresponderá, estudiar, evaluar las solicitudes presentadas de acuerdo con los criterios de valoración establecidos. La comisión evaluadora emitirá un informe, el cual servirá de base para la elaboración de la propuesta de resolución al órgano competente para su aprobación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;8.3.- La comisión evaluadora actuará de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en la ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico y procedimiento administrativo común, modificada por la Ley 4/1999, de 13 de enero, el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;8.4.- La comisión evaludadora estará constituida por:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Hble. Sr. Rafael Triguero Costa, Conseller Ejecutivo del Departamento de Deportes y Juventud, sustituto: Hble Sr. Alex Minchiotti Fábregas, Conseller Ejecutivo del Departamento de Economía y Hacienda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Secretario: Sr Ricardo Gómez Romero, sustituto: Miguel Costa Torres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Vocal: Jordi Bonet Domínguez, sustituta: Maria Nieves Tur Tur.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;8.5.- El órgano competente para resolver estas ayudas es el Consejo Ejecutivo del Consell de Ibiza a propuesta del Conseller Ejecutivo de Deportes y Juventud. En la propuesta se expresará la lista ordenada de beneficiarios para los que se propone la subvención y su cuantía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;8.6.- El expediente se resolverá en plazo máximo de 4 meses desde la finalización del período de presentación de las solicitudes; transcurrido este plazo sin que se haya dictado resolución expresa, la petición se ha de entender desestimada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;8.7.- La notificación de resolución se ha de hacer con las exigencias y en la forma prevista en los artículos 58 y 59 de la ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico y procedimiento administrativo común, modificada por la Ley 4/1999, de 13 de enero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;8.8.- Los acuerdos del Consell Ejecutivo no agotan la vía administrativa y se podrá interponer recurso de alzada ante la Comisión de Gobierno del Consell Insular de Ibiza en el plazo de un mes a contar a partir del día siguiente de la notificación, todo de acuerdo con los artículos 107, 114 y 115 de la Ley 30/1992, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, en relación con el artículo 22.2 de la Ley 8/2000, de 27 de octubre, de consells insulares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9.- Criterios para la concesión de las ayudas.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;9.1.- Las ayudas se concederán de acuerdo con los siguientes criterios a calificar por la Comisión evaluadora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;9.1.1.- Resultados conseguidos en el año 2013 por deportistas que integren los programas de seguimiento deportivo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por cada deportista entre los tres primeros/as del Mundo: ..14 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por cada deportista entre el 4º y el 8º en Ctos. del Mundo:...12 puntos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por cada deportista entre los 3 primeros/as en Ctos. de Europa:...10 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por cada deportista entre el 4º y el 8º en Ctos. de Europa: …8 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por cada deportista campeón/na de España: ...6 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por cada deportista subcampeón/na de España:...5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por cada deportista tercero/a de España: ...4 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por cada deportista entre el 4º y el 8º de España:…1 punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por cada deportista que se haya integrado en un centre de tecnificacióno de alto rendimiento:...4 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por cada deportista que haya estado seleccionado/a con el equipo nacional &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;para la participación en campeonatos internacionales…3 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Será contabilizado el mejor resultado de cada&amp;nbsp; deportista, y el máximo de puntos de este apartado es de 40 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;9.1.2.- Formación de los técnicos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se valorará la formación técnica, realizada&amp;nbsp; a el año 2013, de los técnicos/as integrantes de cada programa de seguimiento deportivo de la forma siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Por cursillos, seminarios, jornadas, etc con una duración hasta 10 horas....1 punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Por cursillos, seminarios, jornadas, etc con una duración de 11 a 20&amp;nbsp; horas....2 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Por cursillos, seminarios, jornadas, etc con una duración de 21 a 40 horas....4 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Por cursillos, seminarios, jornadas, etc con una duración de 41 a 100 horas....8 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Por cursillos, seminarios, jornadas, etc con una duración de mas de 100 horas....10 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El máximo de puntos de este apartado es de 10 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;9.1.3.-&amp;nbsp; Programa técnico:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se valorará la calidad y contenido del programa técnico presentado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El máximo de puntos de este apartado es de 30 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;9.2.- La Comisión Evaluadora estudiará todas las solicitudes presentadas y establecerá una puntuación por cada solicitud teniendo en cuenta los límites y mínimos establecidos en el presente apartado nueve.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Con la cantidad económica se dividirá entre la suma total de los puntos de los solicitantes; de esta división saldrá una cantidad por punto, la cual será multiplicada por&amp;nbsp; los puntos de cada solicitante y así se determinará la ayuda correspondiente a cada solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;9.3.- En todos los casos, la subvención concedida no podrá superar la cuantía solicitada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;9.4.- La comisión estará autorizada para resolver las dudas que se presenten y para adoptar los acuerdos necesarios para el buen orden del proceso previsto en estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10.-Obligaciones de las entidades beneficiarias.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;10.1.- Las entidades beneficiarias de las subvenciones estarán obligadas a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a)&amp;nbsp; Llevar a cabo la actividad subvencionada que fundamenta la concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b)&amp;nbsp; Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación, seguimiento y inspección que pueda efectuar el Consell de Ibiza, y aportar toda la información y documentación que le sea requerida en el ejercicio de estas actuaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;c) Comunicar al Consell de Ibiza la solicitud o la obtención de otras subvenciones para la misma finalidad procedente de cualquier administración o entidad pública o privada, nacional o internacional. Esta comunicación ha ce hacerse en el plazo de diez días hábiles a contar a partir de la solicitud o la obtención de la subvención concurrente y, en todo caso, antes de justificar la aplicación que se haya dado al fondo percibido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;d) Comunicar al Consell de Ibiza cualquier eventualidad que altere o dificulte el desarrollo de la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;e) Conservar los documentos justificativos de la aplicación de los fondos percibidos, con inclusión de los documentos electrónicos, mientras puedan ser objeto de actuaciones de comprobación y control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;f) Reintegrar los fondos percibidos en los supuestos previstos legalmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;g) Realizar la gestión técnica, y aportar el conjunto de medios humanos y materiales necesarios para levar a cabo la actividad objeto de la presente ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;h) Consultar con el Departamento de Deportes y Juventud del Consell Insular de Ibiza las normativas, indicaciones, informaciones, publicaciones, publicidad, notas públicas, carteles, ropa deportiva referente al objeto de la presente ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;i) Adoptar las medidas de difusión relativas al carácter público de la financiación de la actividad objeto de la ayuda. A este efecto hacer constar y reflejar en toda actividad objeto de esta ayuda que la actividad está subvencionada por el Consell de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;j) Permitir que los representantes del Consell de Ibiza presidan cualquier acto público de presentación, celebración u otro, por lo cual serán convocados con suficiente tiempo de antelación por la Federación de las Islas Baleares correspondiente, directamente o mediante la delegación federativa de Ibiza. Así mismo permitirá que el Consell de Ibiza convoque con carácter de promoción, las actividad4es que considere oportunas y disfrutara de la colaboración de la Federación de las Islas Baleares correspondiente, mediante la delegación federativa de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;k) Cualquier alteración de las condiciones tenidas en cuenta para conceder la ayuda y, en cualquier caso, la obtención de subvenciones incompatibles, puede dar lugar a la modificación de la resolución de concesión. Así mismo, también quedan sometidas a todas aquiellas otras obligaciones que se deriven del mencionado Decreto legilativo 2/2005 y de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, y de su Reglamento, aprobado por Real decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio (BOE núm. 176, de 25 de julio de 2006), en todo aquello que sean de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11.- Gastos subvencionables&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;11.1.- Son subvencionables los gastos directamente relacionados con la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Personal técnico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Desplazamientos para participar en concentraciones deportivas o competiciones que no sean campeonatos del Mundo, de Europa, de España o de Baleares: transportes, alojamiento y manutención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Ropa deportiva o material necesario para el desarrollo de los entrenamientos en el centro de seguimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Alquiler de instalaciones deportivas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Seguros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Cuotas de inscripción en competiciones deportivas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;11.2.- No son subvencionables:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Los gastos en actos protocolarios o de representación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Los gastos corrientes propios de la federación deportiva correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12.- Pago de la subvención y justificación.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;12.1.- Para el pago de la subvención concedida se deberá justificar la cuantía total presupuestada que se ha tenido en cuenta a la hora de otorgar la subvención. Si la cuantía justificada es inferior a la presupuestada, la cuantía de la ayuda se reducirá en la misma proporción. Este hecho podrá ser tenido en cuenta como demérito para próximas convocatorias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;12.2.- El pago de la totalidad de la cantidad concedida se tramitará una vez se haya justificado la realización de la totalidad del objeto de la subvención y el cumplimiento de la finalidad para la cual se va a otorgar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;12.3.- antes de cobrar y una vez ejecutadas las actuaciones subvencionadas será necesario presentar, la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Facturas justificativas, debidamente relacionadas, de los gastos originados como consecuencia de la ejecución de la actividad objeto de la subvención emitidas en el período de tiempo subvencionado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Para aquellas facturas que estén sujetas a otras subvenciones y por cualquier motivo que lo aconseje, los justificantes originales presentados se marcaran con una estampilla indicando la subvención para la justificación de la cual ha estado presentada, y si el importe del justificante se imputa total o parcialmente a la subvención. En este último caso, se indicará además la cuantía exacta que resulte afectada por la subvención. Después, se aceptará la copia compulsada de esta factura estampillada, sujeta a otras subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Se aceptaran recibos acompañados de un contrato o un acuerdo como justificativos del objeto de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Se aceptarán nóminas originales en el caso que se justifiquen gastos correspondientes al personal contratado por la entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Se podrá imputas gastos de seguridad social de los trabajadores contratados, en estos casos, deberán presentar los correspondientes recibos de liquidación de cotizaciones originales TC1, TC2 y el correspondiente resumen detallado de las nóminas de los trabajadores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Declaración responsable del/de la Presidente/a de la Federación Balear correspondiente donde conste que un vez abonada la subvención será destinada al pago de las facturas presentadas para la justificación de la ayuda concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;12.4.- Esta documentación ha de ser presentada al Consell de Ibiza antes del 15 de noviembre de 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;12.5.- Las facturas, nóminas i/o recibos presentados para justificar las ayudas recibidas han de estar emitidas dentro del año 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;12.6.- El Departamento de Deportes y Juventud adjuntará el correspondiente informe técnico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;12.7.- Para el pago de la subvención se podrá solicitar cualquier otra documentación o informes técnicos que los servicios del Consell de Ibiza consideren oportuno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13.- Revocación de las ayudas concedidas.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;13.1.- De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 43 del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones, se ha de revocar la subvención cuando, posteriormente a la resolución de concesión válida y ajustada a derecho, el beneficiario incumple totalmente o parcialmente las obligaciones o los compromisos contraídos a los cuales está condicionada la eficacia del acto de concesión de la subvención. En tal caso, quedará sin efecto el acto de concesión, totalmente o parcialmente, y se reintegrarán las cuantías percibidas indebidamente además del interés de demora correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;14.- Régimen de infracciones y sanciones.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;14.1.- El régimen de infracciones y sanciones administrativas aplicables será establecido en el título IV de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, y en el título V del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Todo esto sin perjuicio de las responsabilidades penales o civiles en que se pueda incurrir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
