&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SENTENCIA 44/2012&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En Palma de Mallorca, a 15 de marzo de 2012&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Magistrado-Juez: Doña Martina Mora Torrens&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Demandante: ‘FOMENT DE PROMOCIONS ALARO S.L.’, ‘CATAR BALEAR 2004 S.L.’&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Abogado/a: Don Guillermo Dezcallar Enseñat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Demandado: ‘NANOUK S.L.’ (en rebeldía)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Objeto del juicio: Reclamación de cantidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PARTE DISPOSITIVA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Que DEBO ESTIMAR y ESTIMO&lt;/strong&gt; íntegramente la demanda formulada por D. Julián A. Montada Segura, Procurador de los Tribunales, en nombre y representación de FOMENT DE PROMOCIONS ALARO S.L. y CATAR BALEAR 2004 S.L.. contra NANOUK S.L., y &lt;strong&gt;debo CONDENAR Y CONDENO&lt;/strong&gt; a la demandada a que abone a FOMENT DE PROMOCIONS ALARO S.L. la cantidad de 100.000 euros y a CATAR BALEAR 2004 S.L. la cantidad de 100.000 euros, cantidades que devengarán los intereses legales desde la presentación de la presentación de la demanda de juicio ordinario, y los intereses procesales del art. 576 LEC hasta su completo pago, así como al pago de las costas procesales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra la presente resolución cabe interponer Recurso de Apelación, en el plazo máximo e improrrogable de VEINTE días, a contar desde el día siguiente a la notificación de la presente resolución, previa consignación del depósito de 50 euros previsto en la LO 1/09.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Así por ésta, mi Sentencia, la pronuncio, mando y firmo Dª. Martina Mora Torrens, Magistrado-Juez Titular del Juzgado de Primera Instancia nº 5 de Palma de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Publicación.- Leída y publicada que ha sido la anterior sentencia por la Ilustre Juez que la dictó, constituida en audiencia pública en el mismo día de su fecha. Doy Fe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;DILIGENCIA: Seguidamente se procede a cumplimentar la notificación de la anterior resolución. Doy fe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Y, para que sirva de notificación y citación por rebeldía e ignorado paradero de NANOUK, SL se expide la presente en PALMA DE MALLORCA, a veintiséis de Julio de dos mil trece.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
