    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Finalizado el período de exposición pública del acuerdo de aprobación provisional de modificación de &amp;nbsp;la Tasa por la prestación del servicio de alcantarillado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Resultando que en la sesión plenaria de este Ayuntamiento de fecha 19 de julio de 2013 se ha llevado a término la aprobación provisional de esta modificación; resultando que no se han formulado reclamaciones o sugerencias contra la mencionada modificación durante el período de información pública; y, consecuentemente, por Decreto de Alcaldía de fecha 6 de septiembre de 2013, se ha declarado definitivo el acuerdo de aprobación provisional antes mencionado, conforme a lo dispuesto en el art 17.3 del Texto Refundido de la Ley reguladora de les Haciendas Locales, aprobado por RD Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo; de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el art 17.4 del mencionado texto legal, se dispone la publicación del acuerdo provisional elevado a definitivo junto con la Ordenanza Fiscal correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Modificaciones de la ordenanza fiscal reguladora de la tasa por la prestación del servicio de alcantarillado &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;I. Se modifican el artículo 11.1, el Anexo A i la Disposición final primera, que quedan redactados de la siguiente forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;“Articulo 11.- Tarifas&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1. Les tarifes serán les contenidas en el Anexo de esta Ordenanza. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
