&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: windowtext"&gt;1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;. La directora de la Escuela de Arte y Superior de Diseño de las Islas Baleares dirige un escrito al director general de Planificación, Inspección e Infraestructuras Educativas en fecha 27 de febrero de 2013 solicitando la implantación del primer curso de los nuevos ciclos formativos LOE de Fotografía e Ilustración para el curso 2013-2014, y del segundo curso para el 2014-2015. La directora especifica en su escrito que este cambio de currículum no afectará a la cuota de profesorado ni los equipamientos del centro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. El director de la Escuela de Arte de Menorca dirige un escrito al director general de Planificación, Inspección e Infraestructuras Educativas en fecha 6 de marzo de 2013 solicitando la autorización para implantar el primer curso del nuevo ciclo formativo de grado medio de Asistencia al Producto Gráfico Impreso el próximo curso académico 2013-2014. El director especifica que este cambio no supondrá para el próximo&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; curso académico ningún incremento en cuanto a recursos materiales ni de profesorado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La jefa del Servicio de Enseñanzas de Régimen especial emite, en fecha 21 de marzo de 2013, un informe favorable sobre la autorización para implantar el primer curso de los nuevos ciclos formativos LOE de grado superior de Fotografía e Ilustración para el curso 2013-2014, y el segundo curso de estos ciclos para el 2014-2015 en la Escuela de Arte y Superior de Diseño de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. La jefa del Servicio de Enseñanzas de Régimen especial emite, en fecha 21 de marzo de 2013, un informe favorable sobre la autorización para implantar el primer curso del nuevo ciclo formativo de grado medio de Asistencia al Producto Gráfico Impreso el próximo curso académico 2013-2014 en la Escuela de Arte de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;5. Dado que en la Resolución del consejero de Educación, Cultura y Universidades de día 8 de febrero de 2013 (BOIB nº. 20 del 9 de febrero), se autorizó el cambio de nombre de la Escuela de Arte y Superior de Diseño de las Islas Baleares y que por lo tanto desaparece de su denominación &amp;quot;Conservación y Restauración de Bienes Culturales&amp;quot;, es pertinente suprimir la autorización de los ciclos referidos a los estudios de Conservación y Restauración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1. La Ley Orgánica 8/1985, de 3 de julio (BOE del 4 de julio), reguladora del derecho a la educación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2. La Ley Orgánica 2/2006, de 3 de mayo (BOE del 4 de mayo), de educación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3. La Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo (BOIB del 3 de abril), de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4. El Real Decreto 132/2010, de 12 de febrero (BOE del 12 de marzo), por el cual se establecen los requisitos mínimos de los centros que imparten enseñanzas de régimen general no universitarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: windowtext"&gt;5. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El Real Decreto 332/1992 (BOE del 9 de abril), sobre autorizaciones de centros privados para impartir enseñanzas de régimen general no universitarias, modificado por el Real decreto 131/2010, de 12 de febrero (BOE del 12 de marzo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: windowtext"&gt;6. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Real Decreto 303/2010 (BOE del 9 de abril), de 15 de marzo, por el cual se establecen los requisitos mínimos de los centros que impartan enseñanzas artísticas reguladas en la ley Orgánica 2/2006, de 3 de mayo, de Educación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;7. El Estatuto de autonomía de las Islas Baleares, aprobado por la Ley orgánica 2/1983, de 25 de febrero (BOE del 1 de marzo), reformado por la Ley orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero (BOE del 16 de marzo), que en el artículo 36.2 establece que, en materia de enseñanza, corresponde a la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares la competencia de desarrollo legislativo y de ejecución de la enseñanza en toda su extensión, niveles y grados, modalidades y especialidades, de acuerdo con lo que disponen los artículos 27 y 149.1.30a de la Constitución Española.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Por todo eso, y a propuesta de la Dirección General de Planificación, Infraestructuras Educativas y Recursos Humanos, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Autorizar la implantación de los ciclos formativos de artes plásticas y diseño de grado superior de Fotografía y de Ilustración en la Escuela de Arte y Superior de Diseño de las Islas Baleares a partir del curso 2013-14.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Suprimir los estudios de Conservación y Restauración de Arqueología, Escultura y Documento gráfico en la Escuela de Arte y Superior de Diseño de las Islas Baleares a partir del curso 2013-14.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Autorizar la implantación del ciclo formativo de artes plásticas y diseño de grado medio de Asistencia al producto gráfico en la Escuela de Arte de Menorca, a partir del curso 2013-14.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. Como consecuencia de estas implantaciones y supresiones, la configuración de los dos centros queda de la manera siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición delante de la consejera de Educación, Cultura y Universidades en el plazo de un mes contador desde el día siguiente del día en que se publique en el BOIB, de acuerdo con los artículos 116 y 117 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo en el plazo de dos meses contadores desde el día siguiente de la publicación en el BOIB, de acuerdo con los artículos 8 y 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
