 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.05cm; margin-bottom: 0.21cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;El día 5 de enero de 2013 se publicó en el BOIB n.º 3 la Resolución del presidente del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos de día 18 de diciembre de 2012, por la que se convocaban ayudas para apoyar todo tipo de proyectos culturales en el ámbito de la literatura, el cómic y el pensamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.05cm; margin-bottom: 0.21cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;Se presentaron un total de 6 solicitudes de subvención correspondientes a la Associació Cultural Òrbita, Clúster del Còmic i Nous Mèdia de Mallorca, Ediciones La Lucerna, Ateneu Científic i Literari de Maó y Xicra Edicions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.05cm; margin-bottom: 0.21cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;La Comisión Evaluadora revisó y valoró los expedientes de acuerdo con los criterios de evaluación establecidos en el punto 10 de la Resolución de convocatoria y emitió un informe, con fecha 11 de julio de 2013, que consta en el expediente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.05cm; margin-bottom: 0.21cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;El 10 de diciembre de 2012 el director adjunto del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos emitió un certificado en el que acreditaba la existencia de crédito adecuado y suficiente en el presupuesto del IEB correspondiente al año 2013 para hacer frente a los gastos relativos a la convocatoria de ayudas para dar apoyo a todo tipo de proyectos culturales en el ámbito de la literatura, el cómic y el pensamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-top: 0.05cm; margin-bottom: 0.21cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;El punto 15 de la convocatoria establece que, de acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 43 del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, se debe revocar la subvención cuando, posteriormente a la resolución de la concesión, el beneficiario incumpla total o parcialmente las obligaciones o los compromisos concretos a los que está condicionada la eficacia del acto de concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt;
