    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Visto que no se ha podido llevar a cabo la notificación a los titulares de los vehículos abandonados en el depósito de vehículos de la Policía Local de Inca, de acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 59.4 y 61 de la Ley de Régimen Jurídico de las administraciones Públicas y Procedimiento administrativo común, con el presente anuncio se comunica a las personas relacionadas su contenido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Visto que por parte de la Policía Local de Inca se ha procedido a la retirada de los vehículos relacionados en la lista adjunta del casco urbano de la ciudad de Inca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Visto que los vehículos relacionados han estado en el depósito municipal de la Policía Local de Inca durante un periodo superior a 2 meses, se comunica que, de acuerdo con el artículo 86 del Real Decreto Legislativo 339/1990, por el cual se aprueba el texto articulado de la Ley sobre tráfico, circulación de vehículos a motor y seguridad vial, modificada por la Ley 18/2009, en el caso que el titular de los mismos no proceda a la retirada del vehículo en el plazo de un MES del Depósito Municipal, según establece la normativa de referencia, bien podrá ser trasladado a un Centro Autorizado de tratamiento para su descontaminación o bien podrá ser destinado a los servicios municipales del tráfico de Inca, todo ello con las actuaciones legales posteriores que correspondan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Informar que si no se procede a la retirada en el plazo establecido, se procederá a su denuncia, de acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 49.2 de la Ley 22/11 de Residuos y, en consecuencia, se iniciará expediente sancionador por infracción de residuos, siendo la sanción a imponer entre 901 € hasta 45.000 €, por infracción del artículo 46.3c de la Ley mencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Informar que en cualquier momento puede proceder a la renuncia del vehículo, en dependencias de la Policía Local de Inca para finalizar el expediente iniciado. En este sentido, en caso de querer renunciar al vehículo deberá aportar la siguiente documentación: fotocopia del DNI del titular, recibo del impuesto de circulación del año en vigor, documentación original del vehículo. También se deberá abonar la tasa del servicio de grúa, en el caso que este se haya realizado (71 euros, para el año 2013).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
