&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La Dirección de Gerencia presenta las bases que han de regir el proceso selectivo para cubrir, por el procedimiento de libre designación, un puesto de Jefe de Sección de Gestión Económica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;De conformidad con el Acuerdo de Gobierno de 18 de enero de 2013, por el cual se ratifica el Acuerdo de Mesa Sectorial de Sanidad (BOIB de 22/01/13) por el cual se regula el sistema de provisión de cargos no directivos del personal estatutario de Gestión y Servicios del Servicio de Salud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Por todo lo expuesto dicto la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 36pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Convocar la apertura del plazo para la presentación de solicitudes y para la aportación de méritos para optar al puesto de Jefe fe Sección de Gestión Económica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 36pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Establecer los destinatarios, la dependencia, el sistema, las funciones, el perfil, los méritos, los requisitos, el puesto y el plazo para la presentación de las solicitudes (Anexo I).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Contra esta Resolución – que agota la vida administrativa- se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el órgano que la dicta en un plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de haberse publicado la Resolución, de acuerdo con los artículos 116 y 117 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la comunidad autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala Contenciosa del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Islas Baleares en un plazo de dos meses a contar desde la notificación, de acuerdo con el artículo 8 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa, en relación con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Dependencia:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; Dirección de Gerencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Sistema:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; Libre designación. El personal nombrado para un puesto de trabajo de libre designación puede ser cesado discrecionalmente por la autoridad que acordó su nombramiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 36pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;-&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Los&amp;nbsp; aspirantes tienen que cumplir los requisitos generales establecido en el artículo nº 5 de la Ley 55/2003, de 16 de diciembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 36pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;-&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Este puesto puede ser ocupado tanto por el personal estatutario de gestión y servicio fijo del subgrupo A1, A2 o C1, estén en la situación de servicio activo o reserva de plaza en instituciones sanitarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 36pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;-&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El desempeño de dicho cargo será en dedicación exclusiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Funciones: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 36pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;-&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Características del puesto convocado: Depende directamente de la Gerencia del Hospital &amp;nbsp;Son Espases y ha de ejercer las funciones propias de Jefe de Sección de Gestión Económica, entre ellas las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 36pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;-&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Control y seguimiento de la ejecución presupuestaria y disponibilidad económica por partidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 36pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;-&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Control de imputación de los gastos a efectos de contabilidad analítica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 36pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;-&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Coordinación con el Servicio de Personal a efectos de abono de nóminas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 36pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;-&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Coordinación con el Servicio de Control de Gestión para la gestión de los gastos mensuales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 36pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;-&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Elaboración de informes para la Gerencia del Hospital, Servicios Centrales de Ibsalut y otras entidades públicas sobre los estados de ejecución&amp;nbsp; presupuestaria, deuda, etc…&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 36pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Gestión del cierre económico del ejercicio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 36pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;-&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Organización, control y ejecución de las tareas administrativas que se desarrollan &amp;nbsp;en el servicio: contabilidad financiera, registro de facturas, pago de facturas, contabilidad presupuestaria, cobros y pagos a justificar, ejecución y pago de la nómina, procedimientos judiciales, becas y subvenciones, gasto mensual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 36pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;-&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Gestión del personal asignado &amp;nbsp;al área de gestión económica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 36pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;-&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Funciones relativas a la relación con los proveedores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 36pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;-&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Cualquier otro tema relacionado con la gestión económica que le sea asignado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Méritos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 36pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;-&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Conocimientos en el sistema SAP – Módulo Económico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 36pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;-&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Experiencia en Servicios de Contabilidad en Instituciones sanitarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 36pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;-&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Experiencia en la realización de informes de ejecución y cierre presupuestaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 36pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;-&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Experiencia en Gestión de equipos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Solicitudes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Se tienen que dirigir las solicitudes al director gerente del Hospital Universitario Son Espases y se tienen que presentar en un plazo de veinte días naturales contando desde el día siguiente de la publicación de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las solicitudes se tienen que presentar en el Registro General del Hospital Universitario Son Espases, Servicio de Planificación de Recursos Humanos, situado en la planta 0 del módulo K, Carretera de Valldemossa nº 79, C.P, 07010 de Palma, Islas Baleares. El horario del Servicio de Planificación de Recursos Humanos es de 08:00 h. a 15:00 h., excepto sábados, domingos y festivos. También se pueden presentar en cualquier de los lugares y en las formas que establece el artículo 38 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común. Se tienen que hacer constar de forma expresa y concreta el lugar de trabajo al cual se quiere optar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Resolución de la convocatoria:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El director gerente del Hospital Universitario Son Espases dictará una resolución con la adjudicación de la plaza al candidato &amp;nbsp;seleccionado. Dicha resolución será publicada en los tablones de anuncios del Área de Salud de Mallorca y en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;]]</env:contingut>
