    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Transcurrido el plazo de quince días de exposición pública de la modificación de créditos del presupuesto corporativo mediante bajas de créditos por importe de 150.304 &amp;apos;53 € , sin que se haya presentado ninguna reclamación , el acuerdo de aprobación provisional de la mencionada modificación se ha convertido en definitivo en virtud de lo establecido en el art. 169 del RD Legislativo 2/2004 de 5 de marzo , por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Se transcribe a continuación el texto íntegro de la mencionada modificación , en función de lo previsto en el art. 169 del R.D Legislativo 2 /2004:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;- Unidad enterramiento:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;cuantía canon inicial € 11.100 - cuantía canon ajustado 7.626,3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;- Unidad columbario :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;cuantía canon inicial € 300 - cuantía canon ajustado 206,12 euros .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;- Proceder a la revisión de los expedientes de las personas interesadas a efectos de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;1.- Devolución a los concesionarios de derechos funerarios que han abonado el tercer pago de la diferencia entre la cuantía inicial del canon fijada por el Reglamento de cada unidad de concesión de derechos funerarios y la cuantía del canon ajustado , relacionado en el punto anterior .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;2.- Poner en conocimiento de las personas concesionarias de derechos funerarios , que aún no han abonado el tercer pago , que la tercera parte del canon , una vez hechos los recalculos, queda fijada de la siguiente manera :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Por unidad enterramiento, en lugar de 3.700 euros fijado por Reglamento , será de 226,38 euros .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Por unidad columbario , en lugar de 100 euros fijado por Reglamento , será de 6,12 euros .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Contra este acuerdo se puede interponer Recurso Contencioso -Administrativo en la forma y plazos señalados en las normas reguladoras de dicha Jurisdicción, de conformidad con lo previsto en el art . 19.1 del RD Legislativo 2/2004 de 5 de marzo , por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
