&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Que en el procedimiento EJECUCION DE TITULOS JUDICIALES 0000237 /2013 de este Juzgado de lo Social, seguidos a instancia de D/Dª LUCIA MERCEDES TRIAY PONS contra la empresa&amp;nbsp; CERVECERIA SON FUSTER, sobre ORDINARIO, se ha dictado la siguiente resolución, cuya parte dispositiva se adjunta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SSª&lt;/strong&gt; por ante mí el Secretario &lt;strong&gt;RESUELVE:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1º &lt;/strong&gt;Declarar extinguida la relación laboral que unía a LUCIA MERCEDES TRIAY PONS&amp;nbsp;con NOMACLA SL (CERVECERIA SON FUSTER).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2º &lt;/strong&gt;Acordar que se abone al trabajador la indemnización de&amp;nbsp; 2.469,81 euros así como los salarios de tramitación dejados de percibir que hasta la fecha de la presente resolución se cuantifican en 23.571,52 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3º &lt;/strong&gt;Adviértase al empresario condenado que deberá mantener en alta y con cotización a la Seguridad Social al trabajador hasta el día de la presente resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Notifíquese esta resolución a las partes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;MODO DE IMPUGNARLA: mediante recurso de reposición a presentar en este Juzgado dentro de los tres DIAS hábiles siguientes al de recibirla, cuya sola interposición no suspenderá la ejecutividad de lo que se acuerda (artículo 186 LJS de la LJS).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Así, por este Auto, lo pronuncia, manda y firma, el/la Iltmo. Sr. Magistrado - Juez D. ELENA LILLO PASTOR. Doy fe &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;MAGISTRADO-JUEZ&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; SECRETARIO JUDICIAL&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Y para que sirva de notificación en legal forma a NOMACLA SL (CERVECERIA SON FUSTER) en ignorado paradero, expido la presente para su inserción en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia de BALEARES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se advierte al destinatario que las siguientes comunicaciones se harán fijando copia de la resolución o de la cédula en el tablón de anuncios de la Oficina judicial, salvo el supuesto de la comunicación de las resoluciones que deban revestir forma de auto o sentencia, o cuando se trate de emplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
