    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 9pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 5 del Reglamento del Consejo General del Poder Judicial núm. 3/1995, de 7 de junio, de los jueces de paz, se anuncia la convocatoria pública para la elección por el Pleno de la Corporación del cargo de Juez o Jueza de Paz y de Juez o Jueza de Paz sustituto/a de este municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 9pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman"&gt;Los requisitos exigibles para optar a la elección de estos cargos son los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 9pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman"&gt;- Ser mayor de edad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 9pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman"&gt;- Ser español/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 9pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman"&gt;- No estar impedido físicamente o psíquicamente para ejercer la función judicial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 9pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman"&gt;- No haber sido condenado por delito doloso a no ser que ya se haya obtenido la rehabilitación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 9pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman"&gt;- No haber sido procesado o inculpado por delito doloso a no ser que ya hayan sido absueltos o se haya dictado la actuación de sobreseimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 9pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman"&gt;- Residir en este término municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 9pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman"&gt;- Disfrutar del ejercicio lleno de los derechos civiles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 9pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman"&gt;- No estar sometido en ninguna causa de incapacidad o incompatibilidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 9pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman"&gt;Las personas interesadas que cumplan los requisitos mencionados pueden presentar su solicitud en el registro general del Ayuntamiento de Porreres o en cualquier de los lugares previstos al artículo 38.4 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre de régimen jurídico y de procedimiento administrativo común durante el plazo de quince días hábiles contados a partir del día siguiente de su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 9pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman"&gt;Junto con la solicitud se tiene que presentar fotocopia del DNI debidamente autenticada, declaración responsable de la persona interesada de reunir todos los requisitos establecidos por la legislación vigente y una relación de méritos que estimen pertinentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
