    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Intentada, sin efecto, la notificación de disciplina urbanística efectuada en el domicilio de notificaciones,&amp;nbsp; y atendido que no se ha podido practicar por ignorarse el domicilio o no haberse encontrado las personas interesadas que se relacionan, se procede, en cumplimiento de lo que establece el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992 de 26 de noviembre de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común – BOE DE 27 DE NOVIEMBRE-, en la Publicación &amp;nbsp;en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears de la presente notificación por la cual se informa de la resolución recaída en el expediente de protección de la legalidad urbanística número 09/13.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Según lo dispuesto en el art. 61 de la Ley 30/92, se publica únicamente una breve indicación del contenido de la resolución, y que está en las dependencias del Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep de sa Talaia, Pere Escanellas 12-16, 07830 Sant Josep de sa Talaia, departamento de Urbanismo, donde el interesado o la persona representante, debidamente acreditada, podrá comparecer, en el plazo de diez días, contados desde el día siguiente a la publicación del presente edicto en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, para su conocimiento íntegro del mencionado acto y constancia de tal conocimiento, en horario de 8.30 h a 14.30 h, de lunes a viernes, excepto festivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Así mismo, se advierte a los interesados que, de no comparecer en el mencionado plazo, la notificación se entenderá producida a todos los efectos legales desde el día siguiente al vencimiento del plazo señalado para comparecer..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
