&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;A N U N C I O:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;En el presente procedimiento&amp;nbsp; seguido a instancia de MAPFRE FAMILIAR VICTOR ARNOLDUS ERNESTUS VAN LIEMT&amp;nbsp; frente a D. ROBERTO PASTOR ALCALDE, DIEGO MARTINEZ SORIANO Y MANUEL SANCHEZ GONZALEZ se ha dictado sentencia de fecha veintitrés de noviembre de dos mil doce, cuyo tenor literal del encabezamiento y fallo es el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;h2 style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;SENTENCIA Nº 320/11&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h2&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;En Ibiza, a veintitrés de noviembre de dos mil once.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Vistos por mí, Doña Montserrat Molina Pla, Juez del Juzgado de Primera Instancia nº 2 de Ibiza, los presentes autos sobre juicio ordinario nº 1247/2009, seguidos a instancia de Mapfre Familiar, representada por la Procuradora D.ª Victoria Martínez García y asistida por el Letrado D. Joaquín Añó Añó, contra D. Roberto Pastor Alcalde y D. Diego Martínez Soriano, en situación de rebeldía,&amp;nbsp; sobre reclamación de cantidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;h1 style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;FALLO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h1&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Que estimando la demanda interpuesta por la representación procesal de Mapfre Familiar, contra D. Roberto Pastor Alcalde y D. Diego Martínez Soriano, debo condenar y condeno a los codemandados a abonar solidariamente a la parte actora la cantidad de 9.971,16 euros, más los respectivos intereses legales desde la interposición de la demanda, con imposición de las costas causadas en este procedimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Contra la presente resolución cabe preparar recurso de apelación en el plazo de cinco días desde su notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Así por esta mi sentencia, lo pronuncio, mando y firmo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;PUBLICACION.-La anterior sentencia ha sido publicada en legal forma, de lo que doy fe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Y encontrándose dicho codemandado, D. DIEGO MARTINEZ SORIANO, en paradero desconocido, se expide el presente a fin de que sirva de notificación en forma al mismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;IBIZA/EIVISSA a diecisiete de Julio de dos mil trece.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
