&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;No habiendo sido posible la notificación por carta certificada con acuse de recibo y conforme al artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, procede la publicación del presente anuncio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Quedando &amp;nbsp;a disposición de las mismas, el expediente sancionador correspondiente a cada una de ellas, en la sede del Consell Insular de Formentera, Plaza de la Constitución nº 1 07860 Sant Francesc, Formentera (Illes Balears). Asimismo, informarles que el decreto de Presidencia pone fin a la vía administrativa y contra el mismo se puede interponer, o bien, recurso potestativo de reposición ante el órgano que lo dictó en el plazo de un mes desde la publicación de este anuncio, o bien, recurso contencioso administrativo ante los juzgados de lo contencioso administrativo de Palma de Mallorca, en el plazo de dos meses desde la publicación del presente anuncio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
